« The property was easy to find and was clean. The bed was comfortable and it was quiet. We had just ended four days camping so it was a welcomed reprieve. »

« The cabin was comfortable and close to town. I think the management should allow for a later check out time. 10:00 am is too early. You can't check in until 4:00 pm so a 10:00 am departure seems unreasonable. Yes, you can request a later check out but of course you are charged. I would rent the cabin again if I were attending the festival in Leadville. »

« Our group had an amazing time staying at this house! It was perfect for the 6 adults that we had. Plenty of room for all of us to be comfortable. We arrived at the house in a snow storm, which was exciting! The house was warm, steps were cleared of the snow and ice. The next morning, we went out early for breakfast in town and came back to a plowed driveway. Above and beyond what we were expecting. « Great relaxing vibe and living space was very clean. The fenced-in area for the dog was wonderful to have. (I did have to clean up dog poop that was left by the front steps and in the yard from previous dogs when we arrived and make sure to clean up after my dog). The cooking pan/sheet was dirty and not usable. The beds and rooms were very clean and comfortable. I think the upstairs bedroom could use a big fan as it was hot the first two evenings. Thank you! »

« Flew in for the race. Could not have been a better stay from a convenience standpoint. Quiet, clean, well equipped with things like coffee filters (not always the case and so appreciated). The only hiccup was finding the exact cabin. There are 5 separate units- wasn’t sure which one (no reception to check). But our phone call was answered promptly. »

« Everything is as advertised, clean, organized, and functional place; all the essentials (except for washer and dryer). The views to the lake and the mountains, right from your bedroom are breathtaking. »
