'When I arrived there was no one there--staff or travelers. It's in a slightly creepy part of town. I couldn't figure out how to open the gate for parking, then realized from staff email to me that the clicker to the parking gate was on my bed and I'd find it once I got to my room. But since no one was there when I entered, it just felt creepy and unsafe. So I booked another hotel and didn't sleep at the Wanderstay. 'It wouldn't be a bad place it was bigger and staff existed. You cant get any help and they expect you to message the property online. And when you try to cancel your reservation they tie your money up because they cant reach the staff or property. They hotel doesn't even know what they are talking about i ordered a room for 2 and they told menit was for one!'

'Very accessible cabins for a good price. I visited U street hostel in Sept 2024. They are conveniently located next to a subway station making it easy to visit the national mall. This is the perfect stay for solo-travelers who need a cheap place to sleep at night and wander off during the day.'
