Nestled on the 1st floor, it can accommodate up to 4 travellers and is fully equipped. Its large 11 m² balcony, facing the sea, invites you to savour your meals in an idyllic setting. With direct access to the beach at the bottom of the residence, you can fully enjoy swimming, seaside walks and the many discoveries offered by this charming seaside resort.



Enter through the entrance door and discover the bright living area, open to the ocean thanks to two large bay windows giving access to the balcony. You will find a dining table for 4 people as well as a cosy lounge area with a sofa and television, ideal for getting together with family or friends. The kitchen is independent, equipped with a fridge, a freezer, an oven, a microwave, a dishwasher and provides you with everything necessary to cook. For your breakfasts, you will also find a filter coffee maker, a Delonghi, a kettle and a toaster.



The night area consists of two bedrooms. The first, separated from the living room by a curtain, has a double bed (140x190 cm), direct access to the balcony and the bathroom. The second bedroom is equipped with a single bed (90x190 cm), a bunk bed (90x190 cm) and a storage wardrobe.



The bathroom, functional and pleasant, is equipped with a bathtub, a washing machine and a hair dryer. An independent toilet completes the accommodation.



You do not have a private parking space, but the residence has a free car park.
