'What a wonderful place to stay and begin our (long) trip all around France! This is such a cute b&b hosted by Bruno. The decor was lovely and eclectic, and the breakfast was to die for. There’s free parking on the street outside. We were here for 2 nights on the 3rd floor. Bruno helped me with my luggage up so it was no problem at all. 'Prachtig appartement in een mooi gerenoveerde Franse woning. De omgeving is rustig en idyllisch. Het appartement is van alle gemakken voorzien en heeft een uitstekend bed. De eigenaren zijn zeer vriendelijk, betrokken en heel gastvrij. Een heerlijke plek om tot rust te komen of als uitvalsbasis voor uitstapjes naar Giverny (tuinen Monet), Parijs, Versailles en Auvers sur Oise (Van Gogh).'

'A Sunday stopover on the way home from the Auvergne to the UK was all we could have wished for. Beautiful hotel with a lovely garden even on a wet day in Conches. The staff were extremely helpful and attentive. '

'Op de dag van de booking bleek de datum niet te kloppen. Stond 8 dagen later terwijl het om de avond van de booking ging. Belating moest meteen gedaan worden. Direct gebeld met de locatie maar die wilde niet tot een oplossing komen. Wel als we nogmaals een betaling deden. Ze verwezen ons naar expedia. Werden vriendelijk tewoord gestaan maar nadat ze contact hadden opgenomen met hotel zijn ze ook niet tot een oplossing gekomen. Ze hadden nog 8 dagen om de kamer opnieuw te verhuren om zo ons...

'This place really needs to put up a sign that arriving guests can see. We had trouble finding the place even though our GPS had told us we had arrived. During the one day that we were there, two other couples approached us, asking us where the hotel was. One of them was driving up and down the street and the other actually knock on the door of our cottage, not realizing that they were actually already at the hotel. It turns out that there is actually a small sign on the side of the building, but...

'After a hard day on the road it was a very calming place. Cedric is a wonderful host. Nice room in the center of a small town, very walkable, very comfortable environment. Nice petite dejeuner. A great stay. '

'Aardige hoteleigenaar, is behulpzaam. Bij het communiceren is het toch het beste dat u een mondje Frans spreekt. Probeer een kamer aan de achterzijde te boeken. Het weinige verkeer dat langskomt klinkt echter ontzettend dichtbij, door resonantie.'

'Owners were very nice, property outside was a little run down. Room was cheerful but no AC, they provided a fan. Breakfast was good but a little awkward and ar extra charge. No shower but tub has hose wand, good hot water. Short walk to Monet's house and gardens. Eat early at least by 5pm as all the shops and restaurants close at 6pm except for the hotel a shorr walk away.'

'Un lieu magique, au calme, à profiter de la verdure, du chant des oiseaux et du soleil. Le gîte est à la fois très agréable à vivre et très bien équipé. L’accès au jardin et à la piscine, un vrai plus pour rompre avec la suractivité urbaine. La proximité des animaux ne gêne en aucun cas. Elle permet au contraire aux passionnés d’aller à leur contact. Enfin, l’accueil sympathique de Céline et de Mathieu complète le séjour à merveille.'

'Our suite was great, newly renovated. Our room was on the canal and really enjoyed the outdoor space. Great location. There was a great bakery around the corner. Check in was a bit frustrating, as we were not sent any instructions prior, and there is no 24 hour front desk. Owners were very nice. I’d stay here again and recommend to others. '
