'This place was perfectly situated, with walking distance to the conference venue being only 10 minutes. While my husband attended the conference, I was able to enjoy this wonderful location with a great view of the sea. There are great little restaurants right downstairs and there are grocery stores and bakeries within a couple of blocks. The beach is only a 1/2 block away. 'Brand new hotel. Rooms are spacious and clean. Staff is extremely friendly and helpfull. Not everything is working sufficiently yet and there are still some start up hiccups. The only reason why not to choose this hotel is the neighborhood. No nice bars and restaurants around. '
