"Beautiful hotel and rooms overall. Breakfast is outstanding. Very well maintained. In short very good experience. One downside was that, other than we expected in such a high class hotel, some of the cleaning staff used the same manipulation as people outside at the street to ask for money and was even close to harassing my wife every time he saw her. We reported this and hopefully the management will follow this up because for the price we paid this kind of behaviour is unacceptable. Otherwise we should have rated this hotel 5 stars."

Wat betreft de kamer: alles was netjes, de kamer is goed geisoleerd en de temperatuur is makkelijk te regelen. De badkamer is een van de weinige verbeterpunten. Die zijn licht verouderd en het duurt erg lang voordat het water uit de douche op gewenste temperaruur is. De restaurants zijn ook goed. Soms best prijzig, maar dat hoort bij de ambiance van het hotel. Kortom, niet veel verbeterpunten. Het was top! "
