« Our stay was great, everything was very cleaning. »

« This hotel still has the new carpet smell. Everything was very clean. Pool was small, but great for kids that just want to cool off. Front desk staff was delightful at check-in and check-out. We had to leave before breakfast each day and the employee packed our daughter a full to-go breakfast. We stayed for a soccer tournament and will definietly be back next summer. 10/10! »

« Lights over sink didn’t work. Toilet very hard to flush. Corners were filthy. Electrical outlet pulled out of socket with power strip plugged in with TV, microwave and refrigerator plugged into it. Entering the room light switch didn’t work so had to plug the light into the fixture. Dirty towels were left on floor two days in a row. Had to go ask for clean ones. Advertising free breakfast but none was ever served. Faucet was dirty over the sink. A table lamp was provided for the sink area. We...

« outdoor stairs were a fun adventure for us with a snow storm, but we made it. We really enjoyed the front porch and heater in there while resting and reading. »

« The staff were extremely helpful, the food delicious, and the grounds and amenities were first-rate. Like many Victorian-era buildings, this one shows a little wear on the exterior. Other than that, a delightful stay. »

« Hôtel calme, un grand hall, salon avec canapé, ainsi que les tables et le petit déjeuner. Nous n'avons pas testé la piscine mais elle avait l'air bien. En plus du thé et café en accès libre, dans la hall se trouve un distributeur d'eau fraîche agrémenté de rondelles de citrons. Il y a un laundry et un ATM. Le petit-déjeuner était complet avec du salé également, une machine à gaufre, yaourts, céréales, ... La chambre était propre et spacieuse, avec un bureau et une chaise, en plus du frigo,...

« The overall hotel is not bad it’s ok. My only complaint would be the room is a little outdated and the beds definitely need to be replaced. Prices could have been cheaper too. »

« I am not a hotel snob. I usually know what I am getting myself but this hotel was just something else. So much so that my family only stayed 1 night instead of the 2 we booked and drove back to our home. Room 28 smelled like cigarettes, there was chipping paint on the walls, mold on the bathroom walls, spiders in the corner of the wall. The beds, when you pulled the covers back were disgusting. « Very clean room and bathroom. Plenty of other families there for kids sports events, as we were. We noticed one of the comforters had a small stain after we checked in. We let the front desk know before leaving for dinner. When we returned, the comforter was changed. Overall, great stay. »
