We had originally reserved 7/31st to 11 if Aug our apartment was not ready had to extend. When doing this the app I used changed dates causing double booking, I went to front desk immediately showed the Owner what had happened she acknowledged it, but in no way would help, with refunding or allowing me to give the room to a couple who needed it, she stated only 1 person could stay because it was under my name so I was one of the 2 people and you have to give 7 day cancellation before they would refund, Next situation needed to get room for my daughter, go to front desk the receptionist was helping us when our comes the other OWNER, YELLING about NO Visitors not 1 or twice but 5 times, then bothered to ask his receptionist what we needed, it was CRAZY I wouldn't have believed it if it didn't happen to me, We had to ride it out there because even though it CLEARLY STATES, you can cancel, You CANNOT CANCEL at DAYS INN-KU WITHOUT 7 DAYS NOTICE no matter what you think your signing in the apps that they agree to work with & make money off of as well as the people of rent to BEWARE PLEASE
