Beautiful Home, but Major Issues and Complete Lack of Host SupportOur group was very excited about this stay, but the experience fell far below expectations due to a complete lack of communication from the host once problems were reported. VRBO agents informed us that the host has not responded to them after multiple attempts over a two week period as they tried to help resolve the issues.::No Hot Water::The house completely lost hot water at the end of our stay. We notified the host and received no response or assistance. ::Internet Down for Entire Stay::We had functioning internet for the first few hours after arrival, and then the Starlink network completely disappeared. We had no WiFi for the remainder of the trip. We sent screenshots, attempted resets, and asked the host for guidance. Despite repeated messages, no one ever called or assisted, even after providing a direct phone number as requested.::Pool & Spa Heating, Charged, but Ice Cold::We paid the additional fee to heat both the pool and spa, but neither ever warmed up during our stay. We followed every instruction, located the controls, reset breakers multiple times, and kept the host updated. Despite this, the pool/spa never heated and remained unusable. Host let us know in writing that we would be refunded, but we have yet to receive any refunds or updates.
