The house was not properly deep cleaned and some items were not working properly (fans, remote controls). Kitchen essentials and cabinets were left dirty. There was hair on the floor upon arriving. Bathrooms were not deeply cleaned which looked unsanitary. The dining room chairs were still wet, they were not dried after being pressure washed. The pool was left dirty therefore none of us could swim in it during our 4 night stay. As guests, cleanliness is the first and most important thing we look for when traveling and that is not what we encountered upon arrival. The property did not align with what was represented in the app by the host, which was very disappointing.

I would warn against staying with this host. There was several discrepancies during the stay. First, I reached out a week prior to inquire bout early checkin or just to drop off luggage. I was given the green light to drop off luggage at 10am day of arrival. On the day of arrival, my husband and I arrived to the property but there was previous guest still there. So we were not able to drop off luggage. Also, the previous guest trash the place and we couldn’t checkin on time because the house was still being cleaned. My party sat outside the house til 6pm waiting for the house to be cleaned. A whole day waisted of our vacation. Second, we were decorating the room my mom slept in for her 60th bday when all of sudden water started pouring from the vent. In addition, the upstairs bathroom was backed up and we could not use it. I reached out to the host. There was not any urgency to fix the problem. The host even ask could someone come out the next day. When they finally sent someone they did not leave the house until 2am and the problem was not fixed. The day of my mom’s birthday the host had someone there all day fixing the problem which was not completed until 9pm that night. I tried to reach out for a resolution but nothing was resolved. I received a call almost a month later to be notified I will be invoiced for the plumbing issue. This company is a scam and I definitely would not rent with them. You will regret it.

The reply back and overall communication was very good; however, the condition of the house was very poor and a big disappointment to me and my family considering what the pictures showed during booking and what I paid to rent the house for four days. I have pictures of all the issues and have requested some type of refund. What we saw/experienced is not what I would think the owners and VRBO want to represent.

BEWARE!!! We rented this property then upon arrival was given instructions to a different outdated dumpy property and was told we were “upgraded” to a bigger property because of “maintenance” issues! As soon as we arrived to the property we had never seen or rented we immediately called the DAP property management as well as texted owner and called VRBO and informed them ALL there is no way we were staying at a property so dumpy and one we had not even rented. All we got from all parties was the run around, send us pics, what is the issues, etc we told them it was dumpy not clean and smelled stuffy and was weird and we were vacating and didn’t even unload luggage. We were told owner would give us a 20% discount period! We said discount on a property we didn’t even see or rent? No way would we spend the night. We found hotel and ran and that kicked off a series of emails and calls to vRBO and DAP properties to resolve. We wanted refund and cancellation and to pretend this horrible upsetting event never happened. It was a bait and switch to a outdated home. I told them just give us a refund and we will pretend it never happened but today is the deadline and nothing has been refunded or resolved. I have numerous texts and calls with DAP properties AND VRBO and nothing has been resolved both point at the other and say they are working to resolve. dAP said I had to get vrbo to cancel reservation VRBO says I have to go thru owner and they are working on it!

The house we rented on VRBO ended up not being the house we got. When we arrived in Las Vegas the owner had “upgraded” us; the house we ended up in was not clean (urine on the toilets, showers not clean, pots and pans dirty), the washing machine was broken, the bathtubs didn’t work so our 5 yr old granddaughter had to take showers, no wash clothes or even kitchen rags were available. Then to top it off there was a shooting less than two blocks away so safety was a concern. I would NOT recommend this!!

The house was very clean. We were just a small family group of three but the house is very big & roomy. It would be great for a large family or group. The backyard is really big & nice with a beautiful pool. We brought our small dog with us. The yard is completely fenced & there was plenty of room for him to roam. The host, David, was excellent with communication. I really liked that & I appreciated his quick response to any questions I asked. My family & I enjoyed our stay at this home.

The place was as described in the listing and it was nice to have so many separate bedrooms for everyone. The hose does provide great communication but it can feel like too much sometimes. However, when we arrived at the house at check-in time at 5pm which is already a fairly late check-in time the cleaner was still in the house and did not end up leaving until 6:30pm. My group and I had the plan to check-in and get a breather by resting in our rooms before going out again for the night at 7pm but we were unable to due to cleaner still being present and cleaning the bedrooms. Overall as described despite this hiccup 4/5

Lovely property with clean, fresh bedding. Well stocked kitchen, nice location, beautiful pool. The house just needs some TLC and minor repairs, which David, our host was very open to our suggestions. Would stay again.

House was not the house that I originally booked. It was switched last minute leaving me no option. Someone was in the house at check in. House was very spacious but very outdated. Needs lots of upgrades. Bathroom lights did not function properly .Lots of rules to stay here. You must pay to use the jacuzzi but they did give that as a courtesy for the inconvenience. There is also something that lives in the house via a separate entrance. Did not see them but it was very uncomfortable.

The good. Salt water pool that we didn't use when it was ice cold after we payed for heating. Big house. Animals allowed. Descent TVs/projector. The bad, everything else. Total frat house vibe. On a noise street in a sketchy area. Zero cleaning. Low tier beds, linens, toiletries, etc. Property managers lean hard on insurance off VRBO, presumably to run insurance scams, because everything in the house is broken down and unmaintained (literal holes in the wall). No cleaning is done pre-check-in. Everything is layered in filth (half eaten food left in bedrooms). Furniture is old, soiled, and very uncomfortable. Most of the description is either wild embellishments or out right lies. Pool has no solar cover and wasn't heated despite paying extra. TLDR: catfish frat house vibes at a premium price. Not suitable for anyone with expectations of cleanliness or comfort. Very disappointed.

We had a great time staying at this property, the house is setup to enjoy your time at home wether you want to enjoy a movie on the projector with the family, a relaxing day in the pool or just fun and games in the billiard room or the video game system in the loft, we would definitely recommend staying here!

Beautiful place

We came from Michigan to Vegas to be married and found this property to stay with our family. The kids and our mother loved the pool and outside area. We loved playing pool on the table as a family. The location was prefect quite area not a lot of noise. The rooms were spacious and comfortable. If we had an issue we reached out to the host and they took care of it right away. We loved our stay here and would book with them again

Family trip to Vegas

The house was perfect for our large 12 person group with age ranges from 16 to 65. It was the perfect location for easy access to the strip and the grand canyon. We were able to spend time at the strip and went to the grand canyon, hoover dam, and zion national park. The house was as advertised. The pool robot cleaner had broken before we got there. So the pool was dirty when we arrived, however the host was extremely responsive and had it cleaned and repaired before we came back from our adventures for the day! I wpuld highly recommended this has for large group outings in Vegas and surrounding areas!
