Très bon hôtel et très propre Le personnel manque d’accueil et de sourire Il me fallait une couverture supplémentaire car celle dans la chambre était trop fine, cela m’a été refusé

Le logement était spacieux et propre avec toutes les fonctionnalités nécessaires. Le parking gratuit est un vrai avantage. L'hôtel est à seulement 10 minutes du strip.

Très belle hôtel avec des chambres immense , cuisine complète et très grande salle de bain. Seul point négatif c’est les ascenseurs qui ne sont pas assez nombreux et comme il n’y a pas d’escalier, on doit bcp attendre en heure de pointe

It was very clean, amazingly quiet and easily accessible. The room had everything we needed, especially the washer and dryer. The view of the strip beautiful, especially at night.

Each time I stay at The Berkley, I am always met by a positive, helpful, professional employee. The atmosphere is great. The room was clean, and check-out was a breeze.

Our first room...shower was broken, and our toaster was broken. We were put in the room next to the one we were in. The TV in the new bedroom didn't work. Our last night the internet was down. They argued with us that it wasn't but there was absolutely no connection so I couldn't send the emails for work. We were awake until 5 am to try to connect but could not. By the time we got to be, it was 530 am and they were pushing us to get out by 1030. There is no shower pressure.in the new room. Alls in all we did not have a great experience. We love the property however they need to concentrate on the rooms. Far better than hotels but we did not feel they really took care of the rooms. .However the Maintenace guys were really fast on getting to the room to fix what was broken but did not clean up after themselves. They left the cables and attachments on top of the dresser when the left.

The property was clean the room could have used a good deep cleaning (the door jams, cracks and walls) but the floors, sheets and general area were clean and up kept.

The location is ideal and was conveniently located for our weekend trip needs. However, I would not book or recommend for a long stay if you are bringing your family/children.

Easy check in with friendly employees. Suite was incredibly large for the price paid. Room had all the convenience of home. Quiet area. Casino and shops next door but no noise from there. A little off the beaten path but no more than 12-15 minutes from the strip.

Loved staying at The Berkley; very clean, nicely furnished, roomy, quiet, comfortable bed. The kitchen had everything you could imagine needing. The unit even has a washer & dryer. It could use more towel bars & more pressure in the shower, however. The staff was exceptionally friendly & helpful!

I have stayed here twice. I like that it is away from the strip and in a residential area and close to grocery stores and restaurants. The resort is well kept. I will stay here again.

We loved EVERYTHING about the property. Our only complaint was that we couldn't get more towels but there is a washer & dryer in the unit to the wash them yourself.

Loved the spacious rooms and comfortable beds. The kitchen had all the basics . Couple of things that need improvement to up this from a good hotel to an excellent hotel 1) the sofa bed springs need fixing and the mattress needs to be better than a flimsy mattress 2) better toiletries 3) the shower faucet plate is coming off the wall

I booked a 7 night extended stay. The suite was clean, had mostly everything you would need to cook minus condiments. I would say the room could use some updated furniture that is more comfortable and modern. House keeping would have been appreciated for those long stays such as mine, especially since the reason for my travel was an out patient procedure. I agree with the other reviews as the “security guard” was on his phone the time’s that we passed by. Playing games or taking personal calls. That is a safety measure I would request the hotel to look at. Lastly, we ended up leaving one night early, checked out before check out time. Requested a refund for the unused night as there was no need for us to stay as I was cleared to go home. So, of course we left as soon as we could. I would rather be in the comfort of my home than stay another unnecessary night. The hotel declined to refund. And I’m still waiting on the deposit 150$ which has yet to be charged. There was no consideration for my unique situation. I probably end up losing 250$ . I would not stay here again. I would definitely check other options in the area.

Nice family friendly hotel with kitchen and big bathtub. Easy check in and checkout. Pool and hot tub area looked nice and clean, however we didn’t get to enjoy was it was super windy the days we were there. Suite was clean. Bed could be firmer. Reviews noted slow elevator and it was during busy hours when everyone was leaving in the morning. One elevator was out of service. We will return due to cleanliness, good environment, quiet and value. We paid $180/per night and this includes the taxes, fees, resort fee (base was $140/night). Silverton casino is right behind it so if you want to gamble, eat, or drink, it’s just a few steps away. They had nice live music to listen to while we sipped on our drinks.

Had a great stay at the Berkeley. Very nice, clean and spacious. Staff was very nice and accommodating when we left something in the room after check out. Bonus was the bass pro right next door.

This was an amazing place to stay. Free parking, list of free parking spots on the strip. Very nice room. Love the soaker tub!!!
