I was pleasantly surprised when we checked in to this hotel. Clean, friendly staff with great parking options and food on site. They have shows and even bowling! Will definitely be staying here on my next trips to Las Vegas

IT WAS NICE JUST TOO FAR FROM THE STRIP.. YOU COULD NOT WALK YOU HAD TO DRIVE... WHICH WAS NOT A GGOD IDEA BECAUSE PARKING WAS VERY EXPENSIVE..

I really like this hotel when I visit my done due to its location and all the fun things to do. The food court is awesome. The room was a bit dated but comfortable. The lack of power outlets was a problem. Overall a good place to stay.

I hated this day so bad I need to get in contact with Expedia. I would like a full refund the water smell like storage the sink water the bathtub water the entire hotel smell like sewage. I reported it to the front desk. Nothing was done. I called and asked for towels no towels never got brought to my room. I had to wait for the cleaning lady to come by in order to get towels everything I called the front desk and asked for they said they did not have it. I hated it.

I stayed 6 nights. The first day, I did not put the "Do Not Disturb" sign out, but only the towel was replenished - no more body wash or bag for the ice bucket. I put out the "Do Not Disturb" sign out thereafter & just got by!

The Santa Fe is a nice facility in decent condition with a large amount of gaming and good restaurant choices. It also has a theater that is convenient.

I liked the location and restaurants inside the property that offer good dining options. I liked their parking lots, for the Hotel guests. I liked the pool and fitness center.

The king bed was super low to the ground very hard to get out of amd the mattress was way to hard. The pillows are even worse..the bathrooms are tiny. We could hear everything from the room next to us.

The resort charged us an additional nightly fee for an amenities. I would have booked with them directly had I known this. When I told them we were locals they said booking through Expedia disqualifies you from the locals discount!

Hi Elizabeth. It is one specific promotion that is booked through the hotel. If you book the other promotions even if they are through the hotel would not be eligible for the removal of the resort fee. We recommend for your next stay to contact our reservation for this promotion.

The extremely loud noisy gardeners started their blowers mowers etc. at 6 in the morning. At 6:20 I called the front desk to complain of this. They told me that the gardeners were contracted so they could do nothing about it. Okay- I'll check. I am handicapped- there was a extremely narrow bathtub combo shower. No handle bars no mat nothing. There was no way that I could have used it. The front desk told me that the manager would call about this situation. I have not received a call. I would never recommend this hotel. I bed was as hard as a rock and scratchy sheets.

It was convenient for the fact we were bowling in a tournament and could stay in the same building as the bowling center. I didn’t like the fact that we were competing in a tournament and we were put two lanes away from a kids birthday party of ten 8 year olds. As you can imagine the excitement of a kids bowling, eating pizza, screaming, running around and sometimes all of them on the approach at the same time was a little distracting to say the least. As for food they have a variety of restaurants, from fine dining, Mexican, Oyster Bar and a descent coffee shop. Also a variety of fast food.
