With its distinctive style and traditional palm-thatched roof, the villa embodies a true tropical character. Its generous spaces create a wonderful sense of openness in the main living area and on the terrace.

All the comforts of modern living are available in this beautiful villa. Daily life is conveniently organized on the ground floor, featuring a fully equipped kitchen (new refrigerator, oven, microwave, etc.) open to the living room, as well as a large terrace with an outdoor dining area and lounge.

All bedrooms are equipped with king-size beds (200 x 200 cm) and private bathrooms. The master bedroom is located on the upper floor, while the other three bedrooms are on the ground floor, making the villa especially convenient for guests with reduced mobility and families with young children.

The villa is equipped with a power inverter to ensure comfort during the occasional power outages that may occur in the village due to routine maintenance of the electrical network.

The color palette has been carefully selected to create a harmonious atmosphere with no detail overlooked. The result is a perfect setting for relaxation and vacation living.

Two new 350cc ATVs may also be rented, subject to availability.

For stays shorter than 8 nights, no intermediate cleaning service is included. For stays of 8 nights or more, one cleaning service per week is provided, including bed linen changes but excluding towel changes.

Additional Conditions:

Electricity consumption is not included. The meter will be read upon arrival and departure. Only the electricity consumed will be charged at the local rate in effect (14.95 Dominican Pesos per kWh). Payment must be made in cash upon departure.

Check-in and check-out inventory: To ensure the proper maintenance of the property, a team of 2 to 3 people will conduct a quick inspection of the property, including linens, utensils, and appliances. Any lost or damaged items will be charged in cash at check-out. Our goal is to keep the property in excellent condition for the comfort of all guests.

Speakers and loud music are not permitted. After 10:00 p.m., noise levels must be reduced to respect the peace and rest of others.
