This pleasant apartment offers all the comforts of modern living. The fully equipped kitchen is integrated with the terrace and living room, creating a practical and cozy space.

The spacious terrace features an outdoor dining area and seating zone, ideal for enjoying the warm and relaxed Caribbean climate. The accommodation comfortably accommodates four people.

Both bedrooms are furnished with Queen Size beds (160 x 190 cm) and have private bathrooms. Both rooms are equipped with air conditioning, as well as ceiling fans for added comfort.

Large doors allow the villa to be fully opened, providing a constant feeling of outdoor living.

An important added value: the residence has a generator that automatically activates during general power outages in the village, thus ensuring comfort and continuity of electrical service.

For your information,

Included in the rental rate for a minimum stay of 8 nights: Wi-Fi internet, housekeeping upon arrival and departure, and once a week during your stay with linen changes, but no towel changes. Gardener and pool maintenance.

The price per kilowatt is 14.95 pesos or 0.30 USD.

Please note that an inventory will be conducted upon your arrival and departure. To avoid spending too much time during check-out, a team of 2 to 3 people is often present to quickly review the linens, dishes, and all electrical appliances in the home. The goal is to leave the property in the same condition as you found it, for the next tenants. Any lost or broken items will be charged in cash on your departure day. We make sure to keep this property in perfect condition every time it is rented for the comfort and well-being of all.

We kindly ask you to respect the neighbors. It is forbidden to come with loudspeakers and play music at high volume. After 10:00 p.m., noise must be reduced to respect everyone's rest.
