Our home is your vacation apartment.
It’s a two-minute walk—without crossing any streets—from Avenida de La Playa de Las Canteras, considered one of the best urban beaches in the world.
The apartment/duplex is located on the top floor of a recently built building.
The first floor consists of a living-dining-kitchen area, two bedrooms, a full bathroom, and a small sunroom.
On the upper level, you’ll find the master bedroom with a full en suite bathroom and a small outdoor entryway.
Located in Las Palmas de Gran Canaria, it is perfectly connected to the city’s highway loop, making it easy to visit other areas of the island of Gran Canaria.
Very close to the bus station, restaurants, recreational areas, pharmacies, hospitals, supermarkets, paid parking lots, shopping areas such as Mesa y López and other malls, as well as very close to the Puerto de la Luz and Las Palmas, in case guests wish to visit other islands in the archipelago such as Fuerteventura or Lanzarote.
