« Property was very nice but maintenance seems to be slipping a little. Lazy river under bridge areas has knocked out holes in tiles. Buildings near lobby across from coffee shop has huge dirty windows with finger writing on them. Dinner menu has shrunk in selection and proportion. Food is still delicious. Some favorite drinks are no longer part of happy hour. Over all our stay was fabulous despite these things but us repeat visitors do notice. The pools are not being heated as well as previously....

« This resort was great! The spacious condo was perfect for our family. The kitchen had almost everything needed to make our own meals (no paper products provided, bring your own paper towels & coffee filters). The pools were very clean and well maintained. There was some loud maintenance on one of the walkways but there was enough space to get away from it and you can't beat the proximity to the beach. Perfect family spot! »

« Its the nicest property in Rocky Point. Once at the resort you could be at any high in resort in the world. Very beautifully landscaped and very friendly employees. The only complaint is the check in process. We waited 30 minutes in line to get our parking pass. You would think that could get set up and sent to a renter long before getting to the property. Side note, I wish they would clean up all the half built properties that seem like will never be completed. »

« This villa was everything we needed and more! My friends are I needed a place to stay and this Vrbo accommodated us last minute. The home was so very clean and stacked with towels, cups, clean sheets, water for guests, basically anything I could ask for. I wish we could have stayed longer! First floor and right next to the nice pool and views of beach. Really was perfect, book this home! »

« The location is awesome. It’s near what we found to be the best stretch of beach around the area. It’s located a short 10 minute drive to the city. The place was SUPER clean and well stocked with the things you’d need to spend a week or more at the beach. « Beautiful modern place. The place needs some updates. It is set up for family. With friends, the bunk beds was good for children, not so such for adults. The water was lukewarm and no pressure. It seems to need a new water heater. Having the garage was definitely a plus for safety. »
