The villa was amazing and had everything we needed. It is a little remote with not much around it, but we had a car, which is defo needed for eating out, getting groceries, exploring the island, etc. Marina was very helpful and prompt at replying to my emails.

We stayed with two families in this beautiful house and were very satisfied. It is a spacious and well-equipped holiday home with plenty of sleeping accommodations and bathrooms for everyone. The rooms were neat, clean, and comfortable.The communication with the landlord was excellent — we received clear information in advance, which helped us prepare well for our trip. The house is located in a fantastic seaside location on a peninsula, where it is wonderfully quiet. From the terrace, you can enjoy stunning views of the water.A cozy new restaurant recently opened within walking distance, where we enjoyed a delicious meal. Although the house is somewhat removed from most tourist attractions, this makes it an ideal base for exploring the island — renting a car is strongly recommended.All in all, it was a wonderful place to stay, and we highly recommend this house to anyone looking for peace, space, and a beautiful place to spend a vacation together

We had a very enjoyable stay at Limonia. The villa had everything we needed for our stay, the rooms were comfortable, everything was lovely and clean. The pool and garden were fantastic and we enjoyed being so close to the beach. The location was really peaceful which is just what we wanted but does mean you really need to have a car to get to shops, restaurants etc. Marina was a fantastic host, all communication was brilliant before, during and after our stay. We hope to stay again in the future.

Fantastic villa in a great location. A little remote if you want town action but we had cars so only a short drive to the lovely village of Kiti or the bustling Larnaca. Host Marina was responsive and helpful when needed. Would definitely stay again

We had a fabulous time in Cyprus staying at Limonia. The villa was exactly as shown in the photos in a perfect location. The proximity to the airport meant our children were able to come and join us adhoc for a few days however you just don’t hear the planes! The pool was wonderful and we made full use of it! Would highly recommend Mackenzy Beach for a day out although the local beach was also lovely with a beach bar and sun loungers too. We also went to the water park which was great fun! We ate out a few times (one portion in most restaurants enough to feed two!) but also made great use of the barbq and exceptionally well equipped kitchen. All in all a wonderful holiday and we are planning to return!

We had a fantastic family holiday here. The house was spacious and clean. It's situated in a quiet location that suited us perfectly. The outdoor space was ideal: terrace dining, a heated swimming pool (we paid for heating, as it was early April), a quick stroll to the beach, and breathtaking views. Marina, the host, was incredibly helpful and responsive. Highly recommend this place!

Our 2nd visit to Limonia and definitely won’t be our last! Thanks to the owner for great communication before and during our stay. We just love how peaceful the area is, even in the middle of August. The views from the terrace are just wonderful. I enjoyed a number of books from the bookshelf this time and added those I took with me. Washing machine and dish washer are a great help. Pool and table tennis loved by our teenage sons. We used the BBQ this time which was brilliant. The villa feels like a home from home in a spectacular location. We can’t wait to return again .

Limonia is a delightful, clean and well equipped Villa with a new washing machine, dishwasher, plenty of kitchen equipment and a beautifully clean pool close to the beach, beach bars and swanky Restaurant with excellent food. This Villa was suitable even for our 2 year old grandson, as the terrace is fenced off to the pool. A car is essential as there are no shops within walking distance. It’s situated within a quiet residential area where people permanently live. (Except one night when the neighbour had a one off party until 2 AM) We had an issue with the pool, but this was immediately sorted via property manager/owner/pool guys. Communication before and during our stay with the owner was faultless. We would certainly consider this villa again when we visit Cyprus again. Everybody in our family was very impressed and had a great time at Limonia.

We had an excellent stay, perfect for us. Villa spotless, comfortable, well equipped and Marina, the host, was so so helpful from the time we booked. As it was May we decided to have the pool heated as we had 5 children with us, one of whom was a baby - best decision we made. The children were in the pool most of the day! Would highly recommend this villa and there’s a fabulous restaurant just yards away overlooking the sea. Also two beach bars on the beach which is at the bottom of the garden!

Really happy with the property and our stay; location is basically on the beach and the five mins walk to an excellent restaurant is exactly what we wanted. The town itself was very quiet on our visit in early April, but Larnaca is ten mins drive and seemed fully open if a bit more hustle and bustle is required. Marina, the host, Was always available if required but everything is taken care of before you arrive and the whole process is hassle free

Wir waren im Oktober 2022 fĂŒr 9 Tage mit 8 Erwachsenen und 3 Kindern zu Gast und hatten einen tollen Urlaub, in dem wir viel Zeit am und im Pool verbracht haben. Durch die Poolheizung war das Wasser auch im Herbst angenehm warm. Die Villa war sehr sauber, der Check-in verlief problemlos ĂŒber einen SchlĂŒsseltresor. FusslĂ€ufig war nur ein Restaurant zu erreichen, dass auch im Herbst noch geöffnet hatte, ein Auto wird hier unbedingt benötigt. Die Villa ist komplett ausgestattet, es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Von uns eine ganz klare Empfehlung. Leider ist die Villa 2023 deutlich teurer geworden, sonst wĂ€ren wir gern nochmal wieder gekommen.

The villa was lovely. The pool was excellent and very close proximity to the beach. Lots of space both inside and out. Quiet resort but a great place to be able to relax with the family. Would definitely recommend renting a car as supermarkets/shops are not in walking distance.

When you walk out of the lounge area through the doors and see the view...its just breathtaking!! A large property with ample space and amenities...perfect for the 10 of us. Wonderful location, stunning pool...it was our 2nd visit and it will most definitely not be our last!! Great dialogue with the owner when needed....respectful management staff who attended for pool maintenence and gardening Just perfect!

Great communication from owner pre visit which is so reassuring. The villa is well kept and in a quiet seafront residential area. Easy to find and close to Larnaca airport, which is great after a late night flight, also you pass a 24 hour sho on the way to the villa so picking up a few essentials was easy. The sea view is stunning, especially as the garden is so nice with palms, grass and pool to look over as you look out to sea. There is a public walkway (extremely well kept, gym equipment, seating, access to the beach, sculptures) at the bottom of the garden, during the day very few people pass by but the early evening dog walkers and joggers/walkers sometimes made us feel a bit “on show” but to build a fence would ruin the sea view so it’s a short lived “lack of privacy “ but something we were conscious of at times..Travelling in June was a treat as most days there were only a handful of people on the beach (more at weekends but far from crowded). Beach is clean and sea beautifully clear first thing in the morning. The sunrise is a daily spectacle to watch from the villa too. There are a couple of beach bars (getting geared up for the main summer season, we didn’t try them but there are sun beds and umbrellas readily available) the most local taverna was being refurbished whilst we were there but looks fabulous and like it will be opening soon. We had fabulous meals at Pyrgos taverna in nearby Kiti but villa also well equipped for self catering so we also cooked a few meals too. Didn’t use the BBQ despite planning to but everything is there for the BBQ. Car is required at the villa but everywhere is easy to find and lots of things to do. Our teenagers loved Waterworld (and the Wifi in the villa!) but our trip was based on attending a family wedding in Limassol and we did lots of catching up with our Cypriot family across Cyprus and the villa was ideally placed as a base for us to do that. Pool is kept clean and checked twice a week and was enjoyed by us all. Mosquito’s were a nuisance for one of our party so need to keep that in mind. Washing machine and dishwasher are a great help. Loved coming home with a suitcase full of clean clothes. Felt like a home from home and we most definitely will be booking to stay at Limonia again in the future. Looking forward to it already!
