Tres déçue rapport qualité prix nul le spa n'est pas compris dans le tarif et en demi pension tu n'as même pas le deoit d'avoir un verre d'eau. Pas pratique quand tu as des médicaments à prendre.

Très bon séjour, juste un bémol sur insonorisation des chambres et certains des membres du services ne parlent pas français. Sinon service accueillant et bien veillant.

hôtel Beatriz
Arrivé sur L'ile presque personne ne parle Français. A l'hôtel une personne parle notre langue donc dur de se faire comprendre. Hôtel très propre et les femmes de ménages sont adorables. L'établissement est vieillissant et a besoin d'un ravalement. Une piscine sur trois est chauffée. la salle de jeux est spacieuse dommage que la plus part des jeux soit hors service. Les chambres sont grandes et lumineuses mais on entend les voisins et quand ils commencent a bouger a 5h du matin.... Dernier point et le plus important la nourriture.... a éviter de prendre en all inclusive... la restauration laisse a désirer...

Hôtel vieillissant, les chambres méritent vraiment une remise en état. Très proche de l'aéroport, pratique mais bruyant pour un 4* Cher comparé à ce qu'on peut trouver sur Lanzarote. Un plus pour la piscine chauffée.

tout inclus correct,. Repas de midi cependant très légers. Un gros problème les piscines sont non chauffées et à 21 °: Pour acceder à la piscine chauffée il faut aller au spa dont l'entrée est payante:

Décoration et mobilier des années 70 et sûrement pas refait depuis. Restaurants corrects et à bons prix. L'ensemble ne vaut pas le nombre d'étoiles attribuées à cet hôtel. Ambiance un peu triste (au mois de mai).

La struttura non è male ma dovrebbe essere rinnovata. La colazione va organizzata meglio in modo da ridurre i tempi di attesa ed evitare che si formino lunghe code.

We had a lovely 4 night stay here. Rooms were very clean and general hotel felt well looked after. Great pools and 1 heated. Food was nice with great choice. Went all inclusive and felt we got value for money. Great location on the beach front and a nice flat walk to local shops and bars/restaurants.

No me gustó nada, el buffet de mala calidad en general comparado a otros 4 estrellas , las habitaciones muy trasteadas y camas incómodas y almohadas malisimas,no volvería a repetir, además los precios del bar muy caros .,lo único que me gustó fue la piscina que una de ellas era climatizada.

Serious maintenance required in my room. Inadequate facilities, no bin in the main areas only in the toilet, dressing table but no chair available?? Lack of plug sockets, only 1 in bathroom or unplug the TV. Peeling and scuffed walls. Needed woodwork refurbishing. The room I was originally offered I would have had to walk through an area covered in water from a leaking roof? No danger signs ? I actually mentioned it to reception as I had mobility problems so I was offered another room close to an elevator as I mentioned my mobility. The nearest elevator did not work. Overall not worth the money, stayed in much better for a lot less money. It appears everything questioned they say "see reception". The staff on reception are pleasant but I think some of the areas of complaint are well out of their control. Would never return to this hotel. Paid for buffet as only staying one night ( thank goodness) it was mediocre some of the dishes were tepid and unpleasant. Had much better in other hotels. It appears that some of the staff in the restaurant are not as amenable. I asked as I would miss breakfast ( early flight) could they do anything, they said " see reception" i had already asked reception and they said No. WiFi reception poor, again on asking reception they said because there was no sun try another room ? That was when I encountered the water which was a danger area. This was only rectified by cordoning off after I had told them about it. Overall a very bad experience!!

The hotel was good price, food was reasonable, not enough tea pots at breakfast ask the staff and they send you to the other end and still none, some staff are very miserable, coud do with with coffee at evening meals

Pillows are flat and not even worth having. View from junior suite is poor-a brick wall with a few plants...room 1047. Food is bland and repetitive. Snacks outside of meal times are scarce. Can't even get a mouthful of food after 9pm. Staff look unhappy and disinterested with the exception of animation team who work hard in a dated environment. Raised all these issues with a manager who offered no goodwill gesture. Games in arcade room are broken and worn out-be prepared to lose your money. Save up and go to a better hotel!

We had a lovely room overlooking the pool and the sea.Our room was serviced every day and had a balcony which got sun alll afternoon and gave us shelter from the wind which was unusually strong this year.

Nice hotel, staff all very friendly and helpful. There is no kettle in room but asked at reception and given one straight away. Pool towel available so no need to use up suitcase space packing one. Really close to airport €11 in taxi took about 10 minutes. Great walkway straight outside that goes all the way along the coast, you can have a lovely long walk and a short (10 mins) walk round to the end of the runway if you want to sit on the beach and watch the planes landing/taking off. TV only had BBC News in English. Food was ok, always found a few options to eat but unfortunately never hot, luke warm if lucky mostly cold. If you’re all inclusive drinks are on tap/pump to help yourself so easy and convenient.

Our second trip to the Beatriz Playa and once again we had a lovely time. Still managed to get lost in the complex though! Food was varied and tasty, enjoyed a meal at the Oriental restaurant one night. Easy access to the beach promenade which is a lovely flat walk. Just one suggestion (same one as last year). There was very little low level seating round the bar area, just three chairs for disabled and actually room at the back for at least another two tables. The tall bar seating is a struggle for the elderly/those with mobility issues.

I feel the rooms could do with updating/maintenance as the bottom of the some of the doors was separating from the frame and the bathroom door was "sticking" and was difficult to close.

EN la habitacion 1047 que yo me aloje no funcionaba el estractor de olores del baño en 1 ocasion no fueron hacer la limpieza. En el salon de comida los meseros con total desinteres en mi ayuda que solicite por agua caliente para la tetina de mi bebe, y la expresion sarcastica de parece un espia a un familiar mio. Con absoluta seguridad les puedo decir que es el peor sitio donde me he alojado en mi vida. Ademas con ese precio que me cobraron mas de 1500 dolares si ha existido mejores opciones..... Recomendar un sitio de estos ni al peor enemigo

Continually see investment in the property every time we visit. Entertainment isn't as good as pre covid. Would like to see it start slightly later in the evening rather than finishing before 10 pm

Hotel itself is pleasant, spotlessly clean however a bit dated in areas. I read reviews about the food before we went & thought surely it can't be that bad. How wrong was I.

I asked a room with a disabled shower on the ground floor for my mother and I was given a room with a bath on the 2nd floor. She was unable to get into the bath and therefore every evening I had to bring everything down to the showers at the gym to help her wash which wasn't private
