'THE HOTEL WAS FINE, MY PROBLEM WAS WITH MY RESERVATION THROUGH EXPEDIA, I RESERVED A ROOM FOR 5 PEOPLE AND THE ROOM GIVEN TO ME WAS FOR THREE, WHICH FORCED ME TO GET AN EXTRA ROOM FOR TWO. NOT SURE I UNDERSTAND HOW THE HOTEL WAS NOT AWARE THAT THE RESERVATION WAS FOR 5 PEOPLE, AND WHEN ARRIVED THEY NOT ACCOMMODATED ME AND MY FAMILY ACCORDING TO MY RESERVATION. I WOULD LIKE AN EXPLANATION, SINCE I HAVE THE SAME RESERVATION FOR JUNE 27'
