« Let me say this is a very unique place to stay. The building is quite beautiful and elegant. My room was very nice. The staff was very friendly. While I was there i wasn't disturbed at all by any noise inside or out. The price seemed very reasonable. I did have two items I did not like, the towels were very coarse and not soft and I did not find the bed comfortable (I think I should say I have a gel memory foam bed at home so other's might not share my opinion on the bed). « For the most part the facility was good, however the entire facility had a smell as well as the room and the staff was pretty terrible. They rarely even looked up from the desk and if I ever asked a question they seemed frustrated that I was bothering them. »

« We hadn’t stayed there in a long time and stayed last night. They filled in the pool with concrete. Room curtains don’t block out the light at all at night. They are sheer and clear in places. There is no milk at breakfast. The staff said they were out. We won’t be back. »

« The air conditioning was out in all the common areas our whole stay, including the gym and breakfast area. The temperature inside the hotel was 86 degrees and miserable. They did not mention this at check in before we could get our money back, which I think is very misleading. The first day, the worker said management won’t allow any fans in the gym. There was no air flow and the thermostats said 87degrees, so there was no way to safely work out. You couldn’t even eat the sad continental...

« My hotel room TV would not let me use any streaming apps, when I called the front desk the representative was very rude and unhelpful. Without streaming, the TV only had around 40 channels, so the options for watching were abysmal. I switched hotels after one night. »
