- Due to the waterfront backyard, the property may not be suitable for children
- The property does not offer air conditioning
- Mid-term stays are welcome, but bookings must be made in 28-night increments
- Your safety matters. This property features 3 exterior security cameras: 2 cameras are located at the front of the property facing the driveway and street, and 1 camera is located at the side of the property facing the side yard. The cameras are outward facing and do not look into interior spaces. The cameras will record video and sound when activated by motion
- Individual wall-mounted heating units turn on and off to regulate the rooms’ temperatures. This may produce some noise. For your comfort, each bedroom is equipped with sound machines and foam earplugs
