« We booked this property to celebrate our 50th anniversary with our family. There was so much to do here. The weather was perfect so we were outside a lot. Most of our time was spent in the beautiful pool and hot tub. There was also a tree house and trampoline that the kids enjoyed. « This is the perfect place to stay when visiting the area! Clean, very quiet, well stocked, much better than the pictures! Hostess was very quick responding to questions. House has huge driveway to park in, it’s a shame the houses you pass going to this property aren’t as nice, but that had no affect on the stay, wooded area, close to the lake, Renfro Valley and basic stores. « Great location! We went to horse races at Keeneland on Saturday (about 40 minute drive) and hiked East Pinnacle in Berea College Forest on Sunday (about 20 minute drive). Beautiful and so much fun! House was spotless and included all necessary amenities. Host was very responsive to all my questions; provided lots of tips on dining options in area. EKU is just a block away! Beautiful campus to take a walk. »

« We read the amazing reviews and somehow this bungalow was even better than expected. The place was super clean and way bigger than it looked in the photos. It's in an awesome spot, really close to tons of restaurants and the UK campus, but still super quiet. We enjoyed sitting on the front porch, riding the bikes over to the UK campus, and relaxing in 5hr comfy beds with lots of pillows. Perfect for anyone wanting a mix of convenience and peace. Highly recommend! »

« The house was very clean, looked just like the pictures. Entry was easy. There weren’t any wash clothes that I could find or a paper telling us what to do before leaving…. So we did what we typically do when we stay other places. Also check the street view before you book. That street made us a little uncomfortable. But we didn’t have any issues with the neighbors. Over all it was fine for the 1 night we needed! »

« This is a very nice home that is well decorated and with very nice amenities. Two minor relatively minor (but annoying) issues brought my rating down: 1) the VRBO listing links to the incorrect address; this resulted in our showing up at the wrong house to a very confused homeowner 2) we ran out of body wash and toilet paper and had to buy our own (we were extremely busy during our visit and simply didn't have time to contact the property owner about this issue); no laundry detergent was...

« Very nice place. Roomy and very clean. Location is great to go anywhere in the Berea area. Our car sits low to the ground so if you stay here be careful getting in and out of the driveway! »
