I wanted to rate this higher, but it was such a bizarre experience. The property itself was nice, but there was a huge language barrier with staff.
We were sent to the C building after checking in - we were actually halfway across the property in the B building near the main lobby. This place is huge and after a 12 hour drive the last thing we wanted to do was wander around looking for our room. We were meeting friends and they had them on level 600.... there are only 3 floors.
The air conditioner didn't work properly. It was 95°-100° outside every day, so I wanted a cool room. Finally maintenence came up and manually set it for us (don't let them tell you they can't). They told me it's motion detected and insisted I wasn't in my room when I was. I felt like they were gaslighting me.
There was one towel in the bathroom, so my daughter went to the front desk and asked for another one. The lady working asked her if she "looked under the room". My 12 year old was so confused.
Upon checkout, I used my debit card. For whatever reason, they split my bill up and charged my card twice. I called and inquired and after the run around, the lady finally said, "I don't know."
I will say the place appeared mostly clean, but I don't think they vacuum the hallways.
