'Dit aan de buitenkant van Vila real gelegen guesthouse heeft onze verwachtingen overtroffen. Mooie en goed ingerichte kamers en alles is nog nieuw. Goed comfort en goede service. Prachtig zwembad. Klein minpuntje is dat er buiten het guesthouse zelf nog wordt gebouwd. Wij hadden daarvan geen last.'

'The apartment was very spacaious and well organized. The location is in the middle of Doro valley, which was a beatiful location. Check in and out was very easy. Would highly recommend to stay at this place as it is as good as it gets .'

'Great place to stay! Starting from the staff that were really nice and welcoming. Perfect size room with small kitchen, and balcony to enjoy the beautiful view of Douro River. Breakfast is delicious and served in your room. I highly recommend to stay at Portovella Lodges and Bungalows when visiting this part of Douro Valley!'

'L’hébergement est tout est parfait et le confort. Belle vue de vignoble avec la piscine c’est un extra. Le déjeuner et le souper a été délicieux fait par la propriétaire . La famille a été très bien accueilli et chaleureux avec son chien Kira qui nous guide la randonne dans le vignoble. '

'Absolutely beautiful location in the Douro Valley. The views from any location on the property are postcard views. The staff is very accommodating and attentive. Overall one of the most serene and tranquil places we visited in Portugal.'

'The property was gorgeous and well-appointed. Margarida was a very friendly hostess. The room was very large and very quiet. It looked out into a large yard that had beautiful gardens and pool area. Our breakfast was extensive and generous. A great stay for off the beaten path-very relaxing. In a very nice town.'
