'Wonderful home and renovated kitchen! Great space to enjoy the patio and access to the waterfront. We took out the kayaks out and enjoyed the waterfront access point. Dog friendly yard and patio which was great for our 2 older dogs who enjoyed the fully fenced in outdoor space. The stairs to the attic/loft was a bit of a challenge to get up/down and so may not be as accessible for older guests or young children.'

'Property was just what we needed. Very comfortable and quiet. It’s in a very beautiful area! Walking biking path was a big plus! We enjoyed the path every day of our stay. The King Bed and Bedding were very comfortable. Hosts were very accommodating. '

'Great location and perfect amount of space for us while we visited family who live on island. Only thing of note would be that many windows lacked covering which made it hard for us east coasters to sleep. We solved for this with eye masks. '

'Margo is a lovely host, unobtrusive but available for anything we needed. The house was very clean and consistent with the description and pictures. We really enjoyed using the kayaks!'

'If I could give it more stars, I would. This lovely cottage is clean and comfortable and offers everything you need to enjoy a waterfront experience. The views are spectacular and we saw all kinds of wildlife right from the deck. An eagle, otters, seals, dolphins, herons and more. Amazing. We hope to return someday.'

'Hartelijke ontvangst. Fijne uitvalsbasis voor Olympic National Park en Seattle.Met de gastvrouw en - heer én hun buren erg gezellig rond het kampvuur gezeten.Overal dieren: eekhoorns, eenden, hond , katten. Volgels. Rustige plek en een goed bed!'

'Directions were good. Had all the amenities we needed. Coffee was provided which was a plus. Instructions and check out info was simple and easy to follow. There is a great view of Ranier, but unfortunately it was cloudy or raining most of the time. It was close and convenient to get to where we needed to go. '

'We had a wonderful trip out to Vashon Island and loved our stay at Sunset Shores! The views were beautiful morning and night. We enjoyed dinners on the deck and fires down by the water. Kids loved the attic bedroom and playing on the shoreline. Would love to come back!'
