« If your looking for just a clean room- check! If you want any comfort such as air conditioning, decent furniture, or walls where you can't hear every conversation or noise from your neighbor- then pass on this one. I had a friend visit, as soon as she sat down on one of the outdoor chairs the fabric broke and she almost hit the ground. The bed is bad, but the couch is even worse. The ice maker/water filter in the fridge does not work. Apparently the only way to control the AC is in the other...

« This property doesnât appear to be legal in the county. Very small house which I figured. It is shared with other people in the same house but separate. Very bad area. I wouldnât even check in. Very disappointed. »

« This cottage was exactly as described. Location was convenient and centralized for traveling to and from Wellington and Jupiter. AC worked great. Parking was nice. The host quickly responded to messages. Check in/out process was smoothly. There was a rooster at a neighbor property, however if the fan was running on the AC then you couldnât hear him. Highly recommend. »
