'The 2 bedroom 2 bath duplex is set in a neighborhood right next to Bella Cosa wedding venue which is convenient if you're staying close by for a wedding or event. However, the neighborhood could use some TLC as well as the exterior. Parking lot was so dark as the street light and the post light in the driveway were out. 'It’s a lovely, quiet location '

'We were in town for a wedding. the home was clean, well equipped, and comfortable. Our host Kristy was attentive and responsive. 3 bedrooms upstairs and 1 down if you have anyone challenged by stairs. There aren't a lot of options to choose from in eastern Polk County. Overall, we were very satisfied.'
