« Checking in was easy as the info was sent to me the day prior to check in. We didn’t know what to expect except number of bedrooms, bathrooms & pool since they combine all photos of all their houses on every listing. If you don’t care what to expect then not a big deal, I like to see exactly what the house looks like but didn’t realize that until after arriving. The house was clean & ready for us. The beds are the worse part of the entire house. If you have back problems bring a mattress topper...

« This was the perfect family for our family, even with a 10 year age difference between our boys, there was something for everyone. Thank you for opening your beautiful home to us for our vacation. Check in was super easy and we were so grateful with our late night arrival. »

« I honestly loved this property, carperted areas needed deep cleaned(( maybe replaced.. lots of dark stains even felt unclean)) water in upstairs secondary master bathroom shower was wonky, got cold showers if used, but we made due plenty of other bathrooms, we just like have a person space. »

« This property was very nice for me and my family...My children and family really enjoyed the pool/view of the lake....The gated neighborhood was very nice and quiet...This home wasn't far from shopping centers like Walmart or any food restaurants...Wouldn't mind booking this home again in the future we loved it. »

« Great xommunication and assistance with any questions we had or requests we had. Perfect location for us since we were traveling back and forth to Universal Studios during our stay. Busy neighborhood but very quiet. We seen alot of cars but we qere never disturbed by any noise. House was very clean and the family had nothing but good things to say aboit our housw choice. « This house is great. Very clean, great neighborhood and the property manager was very responsive. Main frustration is that the house doesn’t have many essentials, ie. salt and pepper and other basic things that are included in similar rentals. Publix is right down the street but you end up spending a lot of money on basics that you can’t take home when you’re flying. The rental also only had 5 beach towels so we had to purchase more of those as well. Would still rent again, but make sure I bring...

« We absolutely loved this property, and I definitely recommend! The house was very spacious and accommodated 13 people very well. It has a beautiful movie room which we used to have a movie night while we were there. We loved the outside pool with TV! Short drive to Disney! We had a few minor issues, but the property manager was out immediately to fix them. Would definitely recommend this property! »

« Really great communication with FunStay. A few things were missing in the house and we had loud neighbors at the begining of our stay. FunStay was very efficient in their response: we had an Amazon Delivery on the first morning providing us with the missing items in the kitchen and they were very productive and reassuaring in their intervention with the neighbors. The house is very nice, the rooms are amazingly well decorated and the playroom is really great for everyone! I would return...

« We were never sent the code to access the house and couldn’t reach property manager or owner. We sat in driveway for over an hour trying to get code with VRBO which accounts for my poor rating. After that we had good communication with property manager. This was the second time of three VRBO stays that we had no code sent to us prior to getting to the house. Neighborhood was great and quiet! »
