'The Riverfront Retreat was the perfect place to relax after a day of hiking and enjoying a trip to Lake Placid. We enjoyed the relaxing sounds of the river near by, the comfort of the cabin and the view of the mountains. The host was great to work with and answered pretty quickly to our messages. Definitely would recommend to others. '

'We had such a wonderful stay! The cabin was cozy, beautifully designed, and warmed up quickly during our chilly weekend. Everything felt thoughtful and inviting — from the comfortable beds and soft bedding to the peaceful setting by the water.Falling asleep under a sky full of stars and waking up to the mist rising off the lake each morning was absolutely magical. Sun was kind, responsive, and left a few thoughtful touches that made our stay even more special.A beautiful little piece of Saranac...

'Wonderful accommodations! The front desk was very helpful! Cabin had backyard fire-pit and picnic table which was a very nice touch!!!'

'The host was very responsive and if we needed anything he was always there. Gave us a list of great places in the area to go. The cabin had everything we needed and the hot tub was perfect especially that it was covered. It was just a perfect romantic getaway. Would highly recommend and will be going back!'
