'This was a very inconvenient place to stay. There were issues after issues. When we first arrived to the hotel, there wasn’t any staff at the front desk. We waited about 20 minutes for staff to arrive and assist us in checking in along with others. Second, we entered the room and wanted to watch TV. We checked everywhere but could not find the remote control. I immediately called staff to assist but they told us they can assist in 30 minutes because they didn’t know what to do. They never...
