'Left my gold ring on the side of microwave tried reaching out to staff about it they asked me to leave a message to the manager , they haven’t called back seem too not be interested in helping out at this point I’ll take the loss yeah it’s my mistake but atleast have some type of effort in helping out or reaching out would be nice, I run a business and I know the moment I get a whiff of something shady going on that would be a priority oh well just don’t leave your stuff in hotel rooms. 'After experiencing the front desk and casino area, our hotel room was surprisingly very nice. The renovations are well done, and the room was like new - clean and comfortable. The beds were very nice with four fluffy pillows. If you can keep your eyes half-closed until you get to the hotel hallway, you will be pleasantly surprised at how nice the rooms are. '
