'Everything about our stay was perfect. Our host Shirley was amazing and made us immediately feel at home. The cottage is beautiful and sits on lovely grounds surrounded by an amazing garden. The location is walking distance to a quaint town and provides easy on -off access to the highway making it convenient to access all attractions and downtown Asheville. '

'We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Geode Cottage! The home was spacious and had everything we needed. The fenced-in back yard was also excellent for our 3 dogs! I will also add that the host was very accommodating, answering our questions and providing recommendations for hikes and places to visit in the area. It can also be very challenging to find a place that will accept 3 dogs of any size and breed, so we appreciate the hosts being so accommodating! I would highly recommend this...

'Such a clean, charming, and cozy home! Gorgeous view, exactly like the photos. It is a bit far from a grocery store, so the snacks that were generously provided were a treat on my first night. The area was heavily effected by Hurricane Helene, so it's humbling to see all of the damage against the backdrop of these beautiful mountains. Black mountain was about 35 minutes away, it's a nice drive and plenty to do once you are there. My time at Morning Glory was just the recharge I was hoping for. I...

'We loved this property! It was very new - didn't have that "lived in" feeling at all and no obvious wear and tear on any appliances, furnishings, or kitchen tools. And very clean!! The house had most everything you could want...and great views. We had 2 small kids with us who really enjoyed the vanishing steps to the lake. 'I had wrote this really long review and somehow it got reduced to the number "4" and I have been asked to redo it. This place is very nice. New fresh. My daughter loved the loft bedroom. Perfect for kids. My daughter is 13. Younger is good and safe there. They will love it. So bright with natural light. Nice blinds to make it private. Small and comfortable. More than 3-4 in there would be a lot. But doable. O would stay there again for sure. '
