'House is straightforward, great location, quiet neighborhood, excellent communication with host. All we needed for 3x guys on a golf trip. Thank you!'

'House 1 flight down from street level. Outdoor deck is a flight of stairs down (wary if you have little kids)Kayaks another 4 more flights down. didnt use them, but looked fun. Jetty quite high to launch kayaks.House was clean, uncluttered and modernly furnished. Communication was excellent, and owner let us stay extra 1.5 hrs.'

'This property was the perfect stay. Very clean, relaxing and comfortable with all the amenities. Beautiful view of the lake from the comfy back porch. Quiet and relaxing. Property owners were so nice. Highly recommend. '

'We found the cottage to be very clean and uncluttered. It was very comfortable for the 2 of us. Though we ate only breakfast in there were ample supplies and cooking materials if you wanted to eat in. We were very comfortable there and would recommend it.'

'It was a perfect house and town for me and my 8 friends to stay. We all had room, were able to work remotely on Friday and we had perfect weather. My only note is that we had planned on using the grill one of the nights but only realized when we got there that it was not set up. We also had wanted to us the canoe but could not seem to find the oars. All in all it was an incredible weekend at a beautiful home and we will DEFINITLEY be back!'

'Fishing/Lake: There is absolutely no access to the lake, including the community beach. No swimming. No fishing. Such details must be in the property's details in caps. Fishing or swimming is not allowed. Water: Smelly brown water in the house. You can’t drink it or cook with it or even take a shower. It is disguising. No heads-up about the water issue. Kitchen: The smell of dirty dishes welcomed us. It looks like the previous renters left them there. Only 4 forks and 1 knife in the house....

'Everything you could possibly want or need for our stay was provided . Snacks, sparkling water, doggy treats were a very nice touch . Very clean and beautifully updated . The deck was lovely to sit on and drink your coffee . There will be some rush hour road noise but when it’s quiet you can hear the babbling brook and birds . Very easy walk to the lake and marina . Beds were comfortable Thank you for a pleasant stay . '

'We had a wonderful stay. Minutes from the waterpark, great restaurant's nearby, the grounds were beautiful and well kept. The pool and hot tubs were large and plenty of room. The pool felt heated and the hot tubs were hot. We loved having the use of the gas grills near the pool. It made it very convenient. They also had a bon fire one night for everyone. '

'The property is very comfortable and clean. It is convenient to the ski area, Warwick, New York's apple orchards and fun main street shopping, Penning's Cidery & Orchard. The driveway is steep, if you have multiple cars, parking across the street (if allowed) may be preferred.'

'The house was well suited for a reunion of eight friends who wanted to hang out and play golf in the area and relax in the lake in the evenings. The kitchen and deck were amazing for prepping food and eating. The living room area was nice, and the bedrooms were all spacious for everyone to sleep. The house is very rural and quiet, which is what we wanted. It is at least a 20 or 30 minute drive to anything. The lake was nice, very calm and quiet. A perfect place to float on a tube. All in all,...

'The views from this vintage lake home are breathtaking! This home was very accommodating for our family group. It was very clean and spacious. We went swimming, kayaking and row-boating on the gorgeous lake. It was so much fun! The host was easy to reach and responded quickly. We enjoyed our stay and hope to be back when we visit the area.'

"Dit hotel is ons erg tegengevallen. De reviews vielen niet tegen maar het hotel des te meer. De kamers en bedden waren goed. Maar het was zeer luidruchtig met gasten van discutabel niveau. Een keer is zelfs de politie geweest om iemand op te halen. De ontvangst was buitengewoon slecht. We waren met een groep. Aanvankelijk werd er doodleuk gezegd dat we niet gereserveerd hadden. Toen werd deze wel gevonden, eerst maar voor een beperkt aantal gasten maar na ruim 1,5 uur (!!!) had iedereen eindelijk z’n kamer."
