We had an amazing stay at Harmony Haven and couldn’t have asked for a better place for our family. The house was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described.The kids were thrilled—our younger kids loved the foosball table and Pac-Man game, and our teenage kids couldn’t get enough of the hot tub. There was truly something for everyone. The adults especially enjoyed the beautiful lake view and how close the house is to Big Boulder Mountain and Nick’s Restaurant, which made outings and dining super convenient.The location, amenities, and overall comfort made this a standout stay. We would absolutely recommend Harmony Haven and would love to come back again.

I usually don’t leave reviews, but I had to leave one this time because of amazing service we received. The first night we checked in to this charming house, we realized there was no hot water. We notified the management company, who immediately notified the property manager. The manager called us right away to try to troubleshoot the issue over the phone. When we realized we couldn’t fix it ourselves that night, he contacted the relocation service, who found us a house near by that night. Next day we asked if we can return to the original house if the water issue can be addressed. The property manager again responded immediately, went to the house and fixed the problem. Vacasa allowed us to return to the house, and needless to say we were very happy campers for the rest of the trip. While this 5 star review reflects the charming cozy lake house that everyone mentions in the reviews, this review is mostly for the property manager and the vacasa management who helped us turn a what could have been a very disappointing stay to a fabulous one by being promptly responsive an accommodative to our situation. We will be back!

Lake Harmony

The house was beautiful and we received an early check in notice. Stairs leading from parking area to house was challenging for unloading luggage and groceries. The kitchen was very spacious but could be more organized. Plenty of room with several sitting area both inside and outside. Access into the water from the dock could use a ladder to ease access. Management team was very responsive to all issues that arose during our stay.

We had a great time during our stay! The location is awesome and just what we wanted! We enjoyed using the kayaks, hot tub, and accessing the lake (fishing and swimming) right outside the door! There is tons of outdoor seating and so much to do right at the property!Two of the three levels of the property are updated and very nice! The appliances, especially the oven, were very nice! We enjoyed the video games and foosball on the ground floor. That being said, there were some elements of the property that fell a bit short. The biggest what the cleanliness. While the linens were clean and fresh, the floors, refrigerator, and doors/windows did not seem clean. The TV on the lower level didn't work and the propane for the fire pit table was empty after a few minutes of use. I also learned that I'd prefer renting from an actual host rather than a corporation in this stay but that could be personal preference. If this property had a personal host, we'd rent it again!

We had a great time staying here. It was great space for our extended family. We loved the gas fire pit on the deck in the evenings and the kayaks were a hit with the kids. One thing to not that we were not aware of is the bottom floor is not air conditioned so it did get warm for the people sleeping down there

Excellent location, some disappointments for price per night

Location is amazing and layout is just as described. Loved having the nice kayaks, hot tub and all the outdoor seating. There are a number of details that felt a bit shoddy, from the cracked coffee carafe and drinking glasses, to the broken window screens hanging around on every floor. There is no air conditioning in the downstairs bedroom making it very hot for the folks stuck there. For a house that advertises it can sleep 12, there should be more than 5 forks. Overall, we had a great stay but there are details that should be addressed, including the skunk family living on the property that came out in the evenings and the lack of a safe exit point for swimming, there was no safe ladder in the water.

Mom’s weekend

This house is gorgeous! 7 friends get together every Mother’s Day and try a new place every time. We loved this house so much, we are booking it again next year. The rooms are spacious, the kitchen and dining area are big and updated. We had a maintenance issue and the team got back to us right away. Booking was easy, the stay was great.

Lake home that has it all.We had a great 3 days and were very pleased with this home.We received quick attention from the property manager in the middle of a snowstorm for a minor issue.Overall it was a 5 star stay

Great for a hirls weekend

We had the best weekend here. The property was just as listed. We used the hot tub, kayaks and fire table multiple times. The views of the lake were beautiful and everyone was comfortable. It was an ideal fall weekend.

Very nice waterfront property!

Our family of 8 plus 2 daily guests visited for Memorial Day weekend. Great views! We arrived Thursday night and checked out Monday am. The weather was perfect. Very spacious home with beds for all. Plenty of clean sheets, towels, washcloths, shampoo, conditioner, soap. Plenty of places to relax alone or with the group. Instructions are posted around the home and all light switches are labeled. Mini split AC's remotes are attached to each unit. (none in basement bedroom or lounge area) We enjoyed every aspect of this property- dock, fishing, kayaking & tubing (brought our own), fire pits, grill, hot tub, TV's, etc. Cell service can be spotty & the wi-fi was accidentally disconnected due to nearby construction but communication with the property manager was helpful. There was a lot of boating, jet-skiing, water skiing & kayaking activity on the lake. Nicks' Lake House restaurant was a great place for sunset dinners, drinks and live music. The only downside may be the amount of stairs to the property when unloading the cars as well as the amount of stairs within the property.

Holiday Ski Weekend

Beautiful house on Lake Harmony very close to Big Boulder, Jack Frost and Split Rock ski resorts. The house comfortably slept a family of 5, a family of 4 plus a grandmother and there was an extra bedroom with two double beds left over. (We could have had another family stay with us). From the driveway there are narrow steps leading down into the house which were a bit icy. Inside the house there are narrow stairs down into the basement and upstairs so the house is not child proof or elderly friendly but it doesn’t claim to be either. Roomy bedrooms and very nice bathrooms equipped with travel size shampoo, conditioner and soap which was very cute. Outside there is a fire pit, grill and hot tub which were all amazing. There is a small backyard that just dumps into the lake with no fence but the deck off of the first floor is closed off so kids can play safely. There is no live tv with sound, only smart tv apps to put in your own log in. Overall the house was very clean and location is very convenient. We will definitely stay there again !

4 "old" friends turn 70 Reunion

Memorable 3 nights at a great property. Worked perfectly for the 4 of us (everyone got their own bedroom) Enjoyed the gas firepit on the deck and wood firepit on the lower level. One of us (me) even tried the jacuzzi. No complaints but a few suggestions...granted, we're all 70...but getting the remotes/t.v. to work and show the right channel a challenge...got to be a way to simplify that. Never figured how to lock the main door (probably missed the directions?) Had a most excellent cookout on the grill and dinner in the dining room. Might add a dimmer to the list. All in all, really enjoyed the views of the lake and wish we had access to a pontoon boat to check out the lake homes. Will seriously consider coming back. Appreciate the hospitality!

Perfect house! Perfect location!Amazing Lake!

Great house for a week vacation. Spacious bedrooms and decks. Our favorite was morning fishing off the dock and afternoon kayaking around the lake. In the evening we spent around the fire pit laughing about all the fun things we did during the day.
