'This property was an absolute disaster. It was old and shabby in the extreme. We had to leave immediately upon arrival as there was an awful smell inside. I discovered the source of the smell in a kitchen bin which had not been emptied. It contained a rotting dog bone and meat offcuts covered in maggots. The owner refused to take responsibility for it and refused to refund us, making every excuse under the sun why he could not. The entire property was old, every surface covered in dust, dirt and...

'We had electrical issues on 3 occasions with the electrician required eventually due to losing power in the kitchen as apparently the dishwasher was faulty as well as dubious taped wires a concern. The blind curtain rail in the living room was coming away from the wall. The place needed a good wipe over on arrival with dust obvious, such as, on bedroom side tables and dinner table. 'The host is very hospitable and we communicated smoothly . The house is clean, quiet and comfortable and the owner offers a lot of small things which gave us convenience and comfort. The location of the house is good, which we can visit the war memorial and the mountain easily. We also can go to the local community center easily. '

'The place was filthy, stains on the carpet dirty windows. Broken doors & the garden was over grown so couldn't use it. Also 2 cars in garden that host said were being moved, but after looking properly in to it they have been there for months. Photos used in the advert on website are years old, from when the property was sold 2 years ago, so very misleading. Had no communication from host. Would not recommend staying here at all. We were very disappointed.'

Good explanation for why and our own lack of disapline there.. in cabin one there was no hot water for kitchen sink for cleaning dishes, plenty of extra crockery helped. We inderstayed our reservation due to unforeseen circumstances and honestly believed we would have something refunded as i missed my 10% discount off when i payed and we only had four people one night out of the sox we booked'
