« VERY clean. Restraunt provides room service for very tired guests with excellent food so you dont need to venture out. Quiet room! Kind staff!! »

« The room was very nice, the free breakfast is excellent. That said, the walls are either very thin or I was just unlucky to be next to someone listening to the wee hours with TV volume super loud. I called the front desk 3 times. They called the room twice and knocked on the door, but the volume was left so loud I could not sleep until 1am. I had a 6am wakeup the next morning and was terribly sleepy for my all day meetings. I would not return stay and risk not being able to sleep again. »

« Loved it. I even played one of the three pianos in the parlor -- it was a fine instrument. »

« Comfie bed. Very clean property and breakfast area. Debbie at front desk was so friendly and helpful. She’s honest too. I hadn’t even realized I had left my credit card there when checking in and she brought it to my room. 😁 »

« Had an issue with the tv where the internet stopped working. Within 10 mi utes of notifying them they were on the case and had it fixed within the hour, fantastic service! Staff are lovely, very friendly and welcoming. Room cleaned well every day unless sign was put on door. Coming back to streetsboro and already booked my next stay here. »

« You could not sleep with the noise. An alarm went off in my room. Staff said I could fix it. I would have had to move and climb furniture. I was told no maintenance was on staff. That was before 6, after being up from other noise most of the night. »

« Personnel gentil! Nous sommes des voyageurs qui étaient de passage dans cette région et nous avions choisi cet établissement pour la facilité d'accès près de la route! Ce n'était pas wow mais acceptable, seul point négatif était qu'il n'y avait plus de nourriture pour le déjeuner! Pour le reste ca va! »

« I think they over compensated with pool chemicals to cover the fact that the pool and pool room, weren't as clean as they should have been. It was very strong smelling.The rest of the hotel was very clean. The staff were all very friendly. The breakfast was good, and the lady handling the breakfast room was fabulous! I wish I would have caught her name to recognize her »
