'Although we were told during check in that there was renovation going on in the building, it was so quiet and it was well organized I guess ! New spacious room with nice amenities in the room, bed was so comfortable!'

'We hadden 1 nachtje geboekt dat zijn er 2 geworden. Personeel vriendelijk. Kamer was ruim met balkon heerlijk alleen wel veel lawaai. Maar dat maakt niet je kon naar een dagje uit nog even lekker buiten zitten. Kamer was ook ruim en netjes alleen géén huishoudelijke dienst. Maar dat is normaal na corona dat ze de kamer niet meer komen opruimen prullenbakken lopen dan over. Ontbijt ruime keus mooie grote lichte ruimte om te zitten. Centraal je ben zo aan de kust mooie Mall in de buurt auto staat...

'Good hotel, but I will say that depending on who was at the front desk, the service or urgency of requests did lack. Not something that I blame them for, mainly because it was the weekend and was busy. The gentleman who works nights was awesome though - had a great convo with him around real estate and he was always engaged with visitors. '“Hot”water was just tepid. No stand for suitcase. Lighting in bathroom too low for makeup application. No tea in room, only coffee. Room itself is charming, but noisy. Because of the motel like setup, you can hear people using the pool and traffic. The staff were lovely. But at 72, this just wasn’t my cup of tea….haha'

'What I really love about the property is the balconies . Every room that’s facing out has a balcony and I love to be able to get fresh air in my room.'

'Staff was nice, breakfast was far below expectation. Parking is paid at this location, while it's just a quiet area with only businesses, no shops or restaurants. Parking used to be free/included. Even though the name suggests differently, this place is far away from the Irvine Spectrum mall, for sure not walking distance. I used to come at this place regularly but I will go to another place next time when I need to be in the area,'

'The directions to room in Silo were confusing and i explained i was with my mother in a walker and needed to understand better. She was less than helpful. The room window was literally 15 ft from traintracks that had trains going by till 11pm which would rattle the windows and was super loud. Neither us slept till they stoppee going by. The shower wouldnt stop dripping all night loud enough to hear in the room and there were broken tiles in bathroom. For the price it was fine for 1 night...

'The room wasn’t clean, at all. I was traveling with my friends young son as they were possibly losing their apartment and we wanted to get him out of the house. Upon walking in, it was clear they hadn’t cleaned the room at all. At some point in the night, my friend’s kid saw what he thought was a balloon under the bed - nope, a freaking condom. Thankfully I sensed it wasn’t a balloon and immediately told him to not touch it - horrible experience. For the last minute need, it was affordable and...

'Hotel is very nice, clean and comfortable. It is fairly need and has a friendly atmosphere. Also lots of shopping and food nearby. Breakfast buffet was also really good, no need to go out for breakfast. During the week there is also free diner. We stayed in a one-bedroom suite which was very convenient as we were travelling with young childern. There is a very nice pool and courtyard, but we did not use it as we were there over x-mas. The only downfall is the fact that the roooms do not have...
