Hôtel Lake Arrowhead, Gaylord

« The room was clean however the carpet at the door of my room looked warn out. The EV charger at the hotel didn’t work forcing me to charge at another location. One of the main reasons I booked there was for the EV charging on site. Other than that I appreciated how quiet the hotel with no vacancies. »

« Male clerk at check-in could have been friendly. »

« Friendly staff, clean-nice room and love the pool area. »

« Il y avait des chaudières partout dans le lobby...le plafond coulait... le bain de notre chambre était taché noir, sale... les portes et tapis étaient sales... le lit était propre et bien fait »

« The room was a traditional small motel room that met our needs for a stopover on a road trip. The room was a bit stuffy. It had amenities like in-room coffee and refrigerator. The office offered some snacks and additional toiletries. It was located across the street from a restaurant/bar but there was not much else around that you could walk to after being in a car all day. »

« Room was efficient and clean »

« Lovely place!!! Enjoyed our stay!! »

« Staff was great. Property is beautiful, but this building is in dire need of cleaning, updating and repair -especially for the "resort" price. »

« it’s such a beautiful property. I was only able to stop over one night on my way from Michigan to New York, but I’d love to go back someday and see more of it. »
