The Space:

BEDROOMS + BATHROOMS

This 5 bedroom home comfortably sleeps 2-3 families and/or 12 guests. Offering 3 en-suite bedroom/bathroom primaries - one of which includes a private office space with a twin daybed.



Additionally the festive, camp inspired children’s bunk room provides 4 twin beds along with an additional whimsical camp themed bedroom with 2 queen beds for children or adults alike.



Each bedroom is outfitted with blackout shades and curtains and high-end luxury sheets for heavenly sleep.



Bathrooms have upscale finishes and come equipped with high-end luxury towels and bathing essentials like shampoo, conditioner and body wash.



KITCHEN

This home has a chef’s kitchen with all necessary cooking utensils and professional Viking stove and oven range along with a high-end 6 burner outdoor BBQ.



GAME ROOM

Game room outfitted with pool table, shuffle board table, and a cozy nook for family game night or a quiet puzzle. Fully stocked with lots of board games, card games and puzzles.



LIVING ROOMS

The main living room boasts high-beamed ceilings and original wood-burning fireplace along with a downstairs den with a home theater experience and wet bar. Home is equipped with 3 smart TVs.



OUTDOORS

You will feel immersed within the mountain forest completely surrounded by trees. Two expansive decks with breathtaking views of the mountainside and a peek-a-boo view of the lake. Additionally, a fully enclosed backyard provides a private and safe space with a brand new hot tub and fire pit amenities.



FAMILIES AND KIDS

This home is ideal for hosting family or friend gatherings. The home comes stocked with necessary items for infants and children: pack-n-play, baby gates, high chair, monitors, children dishes and cups. The children’s rooms have toys, games, and books for all ages.



LAKE ACCESS

Lake Arrowhead is a private lake BUT this home comes with lake access for all our guests! This allows you to fish, swim, use approved lake side beaches and coves, and hike around the lake. Please provide us with the names of you and your guests so we can register them with ALA prior to your stay. Upon check-in we will provide you with all necessary details to set up your wristbands for lake access and provide you additional information on the best spots to enjoy the lake!



PARKING

Large driveway with parking spots and access to garage for comfortable parking arrangements for 4 cars. Additionally the home is located on a county maintained road ensuring the street will be plowed during snow season.



EXTRAS

Backup generator and heated driveway offer peace-of-mind in winter months. The entire house has AC, along with fans in every bedroom to ensure you have a comfortable stay in summer months.



LOCAL ACTIVITIES

Less than 5 minutes away is Lake Arrowhead Village and Downtown Blue Jay, both offering high-end shops, restaurants and groceries stores.

-Lake Arrowhead offers fishing, swimming, beaches and lake-side hiking - you can enjoy all of these activities as guests of this vacation rental with our lake access passes. Details on the best beach coves and lake side hiking trails will come after we register you and your guests with ALA.

-Arrowhead Queen Boat Tour is a family friendly experience to learn all about the lake and surrounding region.

-McKenzie Water Ski School offers water-skiing lessons and chartered boat excursions.

-Lake Gregory additionally offers boat rentals, kayaks, paddle boards, and a family-friendly water park experience.

-There are lots of summer festivities including a Summer Concert Series (every weekend starting the end of May through the beginning of Sept.) and parades and fireworks for 4th of July. You can check our IG @grizzlymountainhouse for up-to-date dates for local events.

-Snow Drift Tubing Park: Family fun snow tubing, both kids and adults will enjoy this adventure!

-Snow Valley Mountain Resort: Skiing and snowboarding with 13 lifts and 240 acres of powdery terrain just 30 minutes from Grizzly Mountain House



🌷Spring:

-Skypark Bike Park: Offers several adventures such as ziplining, mountain biking, rock climbing, fly fishing, axe throwing, archery and more as well as construction-themed playscapes for littles.

-Additional adventure activities include ATVs with Enjoy The Mountains and Paragliding with Crestline Soaring Society.

-MSAS Astronomy Village: offers an observatory center to take star gazing to the next level.

-Family Friendly Parks include Mackay Park and Firehouse Park.

-Scenic Hikes: Spring is an ideal time to explore the hiking trails with temperate weather and new blooms in season. Would recommend: Strawberry Peak Fire Lookout, Metate Trail or for a moderate/difficult trail try Arrowhead Pinnacles Trail.

ACCESSIBILITY:

This is a three story home. From driveway or garage there is one step to enter home. From entryway there are zero steps to enter bedroom and bathroom 1 and half bath. From entryway there are two steps down to enter living room 1 and one step up to enter kitchen and dining from living room 1.



The main floor has living room 1, kitchen, dining, bedroom and bathroom 1 and half bath as well as main deck with outdoor dining. Upstairs there is the game room, children’s bedroom and bunk room. Downstairs there is living room 2 with bar, bed and bathroom 2, office and bed and bathroom 3.



There are steps to access fire pit and hot tub. The backyard is fully enclosed.



RULES:

No smoking. No smoking inside the home, on the deck, in the backyard or in the front yard.



No street parking. We can provide you an offsite location if you need additional parking.



No pets.



No parties.



Fines will be occurred if rules are not followed. Thank you for understanding.



CANCELLATION POLICY:

Guests may cancel their reservation free of charge up to 30 days before the scheduled arrival date. Cancellations made 30 days or more in advance will receive a full refund of the total booking amount.
