'The house is well updated and comfortable. Everything was very clean and well appointed. Kitchen well stocked for cooking and eating in. Lovely view of the lake from 2 bedrooms, living room and screened porch. Host was very responsive and checked in to see if we needed anything. Caretakers of property across street and also helpful and welcoming. Only 40-45 minutes from Disney. Was a good home base for our 12 day stay. Neighborhood generally quiet and friendly.'

'The villa was very clean, it was in a quiet community. The private pool was amazing. It was very relaxing for my family and a baby. Only downside was we had to go out and buy more toilet paper, paper towels, salt/pepper, and a large fan. Some of the rooms would get pretty warm since the AC can’t be set past 74. But, overall it was a nice stay! We would stay there again in the future!'

'Have stayed in this home several times - really enjoyed it. We did not have a dog this time but when we did, the back yard was perfect. Had a problem with the fridge & they had a new replacement the following day. Appreciate the attention to detail.'

Outdoors with the terrace and swimming pool is a perfect setting to fully enjoy the beautiful weather. Availbility and support of owner is excellent.'
