'Heavily overpriced for the quality you get (on food and beverages). Also paying for beach chairs etc. Hotel is nice and we enjoyed the installation but food and beverages were very basic while all charged on premium rates. Also very high fees to rent beach equipment which in my point of view is outrageous. We have much better experiences in Hawaii concerning that so definitively something to improve. No problem to pay a price but you expect something in return which we didn't feel at all. '

'Excellent location. We hung out at the Ritz Carlton and Lei Leis. Wonderful place! You do have to be able to maneuver stairs in the middle of the night as the bedroom is up in the loft. And I would recommend changing the shower curtain liner :-) overall five star and we would stay there again!'
