Enjoy the luxury of this spectacular Kapalua Golf Villas unit located in the world renowned Kapalua Resort. This two-bedroom, two-bath unit is the perfect getaway for all vacationers. The property is located near stunning beaches, hiking, golf, surfing, and many more great activities that will create memories that will last a life time.

This two-bedroom, two-bath villa is located on the Kapalua Bay Course and offers all the comforts of a home. The unit is located down a flight stairs from the parking area and outside on the lanai there are some rolling grass hills. Unit may not be suitable for younger children because of these reasons. Enjoy cooking in this remodeled and fully equipped kitchen as you gaze out at the beautiful sunset. In the living room, you will find comfortable seating and a flat screen TV for relaxing after a fun day outdoors.

The master bedroom has a King size bed, with an en suite bathroom, offering dual shower heads. The guest bedroom has a Cal King size bed and its own en suite bathroom that features a shower/tub combination.

This villa stays cool with central air conditioning, and for guest safety and peace of mind, the owner has installed the iWave-R air purifying technology into the duct air conditioning system. The iWave-R actively purifies the supply air, killing viruses, mold and bacteria in the coil and living spaces. The ionization process also reduces allergens, smoke and static electricity, as well as controlling odors and other particles in the air without creating ozone or harmful byproducts.

On the property you will find 4 pools for guest use that have bbq areas great for grilling. There is also a shuttle service that runs throughout the Kapalua Resort which is a great benefit to stay at this property.

Beautiful balcony views

Very clean and comfortable. A little far up the west coast, so will take some driving to get to other parts of the island. The location is very scenic, great views from the balcony of the ocean and golf course. We really enjoyed our stay.

Maui is always a great place to visit.

Maui is one of our favorite places to visit every year and the condo did not disappoint. It was clean, comfortable, and close by restaurants and beaches. If you want to get around quickly, have a rental car or take the free shuttle, otherwise it was a nice walk to most places.

Exceeded Expectations!

Thank you for exceeding my expectations! We are a family of five with 3 teenagers, 19, 19, & 17. The unit was very clean and organized with helpful items in the kitchen, lanai storage closet, and extra coolers to take to beach. Beautiful views of the ocean. Maybe time to invest in new mattresses. We needed to take the extra foam top off of each mattress because it was too gushy for husband and myself and teenagers. I was very comfortable on regular mattress afterwards, but husband and teens thought the mattresses could be better. Could just be preference. Sofa bed was comfortable for one teenager. This was my second time renting at Kapalua villas and absolutely love this area with the Cook pines and serene location. Thank you so much for making our 11 days stay very comfortable in your lovely condo. Also, beautiful artwork!

Beautiful Property at a Great Price

Rented this unit for my 81 year old father who joined us in Maui this year. It's 2 bedrooms on a single story which was ideal as my dad didn't want to go up and down the stairs to his bedroom each night. Usually, 2 bedroom units in this condo complex go for considerably more. This one came at a great price. It is comfortable and well-considered. The bathrooms and kitchen have been recently remodeled and are very comfortable. My only note is that there is carpet in the bedrooms so anyone with allergies should be aware. The unit was very clean so there was actually no issues with that. The unit has all the amenities needed for a wonderful beach vacation, beach chairs, boogie boards, beach towels, etc. The susnet views over the water are beautiful from the large lanai. The shuttle to the beach is one of the best amenities of all the Kapalua Villas as you don't have to worry about beach parking.

Nice Maui Getaway

The property was immaculate and in a great location. Good size for our family of four and great views from the double lanai. We could not have asked for a better place to use as our starting point everyday or a better place to come back to each evening. I highly recommend this property- you won’t go wrong!

GREAT PROPERTY!

Last minute need to find a property and came across this new listing. Had never done VRBO before so was a little nervous. After booking, I was immediately contacted to let me know we were all set and more info came shortly thereafter….including some info on the area and arrival instructions. Property exceeded expectations with cleanliness, finish, space, safety, and location. Great access to several on property pools and short drive to some of the best beaches in the world. After days of fun in the sun it was great to retreat to all the amenities of home and a spacious lanai for happy hour sunsets and relaxation. Highly recommend, don’t hesitate to grab this great property which set the bar high for our future VRBOs.
