Kaleialoha 415 does not have A/C, is a 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom corner condo located on the 4th floor. This condo offers unobstructed ocean views, a private washer/dryer, and more! There is an elevator for your convenience. Unit 415 can accommodate up to 4 guests. The bedroom has excellent light and a nice breeze; it also includes a California king-size bed in the bedroom while there is a queen-size sofa sleeper in the living room for additional guests. The gorgeous travertine tile floors throughout the main living area and bathroom. help elevate the space. You can find the bathroom next to the bedroom, this space includes granite countertops and a stone tile tub/shower combo. The well-stocked kitchen features granite countertops and a Sub-Zero refrigerator and freezer.

The resort of Kaleialoha features common areas such as BBQ's, lush gardens and a pool. There is also a great sandy beach located adjacent to the resort which is perfect for swimming and snorkeling. The sand levels at the beach can vary based on the conditions. Kaleialoha is conveniently located between Ka'anapali and Kapalua; you'll be near several shops, restaurants, beaches, and other activities.

Maui wowee

Lovely, nicely appointed corner ocean front unit, with large operable windows in living area and bedroom, plus the glass/doors to Lanai, let’s you enjoy Oceanside living to the fullest. Fourth floor corner unit privacy, and view/sensual experience, far out weight the downside experiences. Minimally negatives: A. Living area has one two many chairs, and one two many tables, and the setting is awakened to use as a grouping, but with mirrored wall on interior side, it makes for a more enhancing staging for photography of it. B. Bedroom windows face another condo complex whose security lighting all night makes deep sleep difficult. I had to buy a sleep mask, as the thin draperies block none of it. C. Pool is adjacent to front parking lot. D. Nearest beach access walking is 1/4 mile. We would consider returning if there were incentives.

Excellent Location

Such a gorgeous location! The views are incredible. The condo itself was very well stocked, we didn't need anything they didn't have. The furniture isn't the most comfortable but we did a lot of sight seeing so thay wasn't a huge issue. When I did have to work, the wifi was perfect and there were no issues. There is no air conditioning but that wasn't a problem because we had a nice cross-breeze with it being a corner unit. Back to the views though, we saw whales and sea turtles every day and got to enjoy the amazing sunsets right from the lanai. All in all, a wonderful place and we'd recommend this condo to others!

Everything went seamlessly! So easy. The place we stayed was perfect, exactly what they said it was, except they were modest. We would definitely love to live there. Great location too, we thought it was the best on the island. Close enough to be convenient far enough away to be special.

Great little place in an amazing location

We love love love this location, it’s walking distance to some great beaches and driving/biking distance to Lahaina. The place is well kept and the sitting out on the deck every morning looking out on the ocean will not be something we soon forget!

We loved the condo and the location was perfect! We spent most of the time sitting on the balcony watching the waves and the whales. We have always liked the neighborhood the condo is in. And having an elevator was a true blessing for us!

The condo is roomy and nicely updated. There are great ocean views and even a few sea turtles that hung out in the water below. The furniture could be a bit more comfortable, but we didn't spend much time inside, so a relatively small matter.

Beautiful Sunsets, with all the necessities.

We enjoyed our stay in here in Maui. The property was clean and well maintained. We had everything we needed. There isn’t much of an ocean breeze even though the ocean is steps away. The listing is very clear that there is no air conditioning and they did have many fans. But it was still quite hot for us, otherwise this was a wonderful condo!

Stunning views!

Overall a good stay with stunning views and access to snorkeling and swimming nearby. Water shut off every Wednesday 9am-4pm! Kitchen was well stocked, there were beach chairs, a cooler, 3 stand fans to cirulate air (still very warm without AC) and beach towels...one was just a small bath towel. Plenty of cleaning supplies included, but no kitchen dish cloth and only 4 bath towels for our 9 night stay. There is a washer/dryer in unit, but for very small loads. A laundry area on main floor is available as well. Pool is on the parking lot side, which was rarely used by guests. Nice seating area with lawn chairs ocean side, but no shade/umbrellas/cabanas. Grills for cooking and outside shower area to the side of the building. Unit overall clean, but floors had not been cleaned well (our feet were covered in dirt just hours after arriving). Furniture inside and out is worn. Lanai covered in bird poop.

Beautiful condo with stunning views

This corner unit has tradewind louvre windows in the bedroom and living room so it has great air circulation and tons of natural light. Very well-stocked kitchen and super clean. I will stay here again!

Property location ideal, in a modest neighbourhood with friendly locals. Overall building maintenance was good. View from our 4th floor corner unit was superb. The unit itself need some attention re the condition of the drapes in the living room, and the stove which was somewhat damaged on the surface and to the bottom drawer. Some dishes and glassware need replacing, and old living room furniture and damaged beach chairs cluttering up the lanai should be removed. The bedroom needs some lined drapes due to external light sources (from the condo next door) making the bedroom quite bright at night. Overall, the condo was satisfactory and we enjoyed our one month stay.

Quiet But Old

Furniture is pretty run down, but bed was very comfortable. Note there is no air conditioning but we were comfortable due to the ocean breezes. The unit was also very quiet. The major complaint was there was an ant infestation. The property company did provide ant bait but it took a couple of days for the ants to go away. Unfortunately, they were then also in the bedroom and living room.

Beautiful upgraded oceanfront condo!

We had a fabulous time staying at this immaculately clean oceanfront condo. It was set up very nicely with everything we needed! My Perfect Stays concierge was very helpful even before our trip in securing tickets for us to several activities which were wonderful! The grounds are beautiful and watching sunsets over the ocean were amazing. It was a great place to relax! Description is very accurate! We will definitely stay at this property again! Very nice!

The views from the balcony are great and the property is in a nice quiet neighborhood. The unit is recently refurbished and nice. The master bed is comfy and the bathroom is updated. I would highly recommend it. The lack of AC was zero issue with the breeze running through the unit. My only negative was with the comfort of the living room furniture.

Wonderful condo

We had a wonderful stay. We were celebrating our 31st wedding anniversary and we loved the openness of this place. We loved the cross breezes that blew thru. There was only 1 day were there was very little breeze so it was a little warmer than I would have liked, but we managed. Also, it was clean, but I notice a few small issues, nothing to really complain about. Overall, we would rate this as one of our best vacations. Thank you.

Beautiful view but needs TLC

We really enjoyed the view and location- it was breath taking! However, i was really disappointed in the cleanliness of the apartment. The fans were extremely dusty, the blinds and curtains looked like they had never been cleaned, and there was bird poop all over the balcony. Also it was extremely hot in the unit and I do not remember reading anywhere that there was no AC. That should be in bold in the description. Overall it was still a good time. I will say that they were really responsive during the stay and I appreciated that.

Great location with the perfect view of the sunset every.

Everything was perfect with our stay, we saw many turtles and even a seal from the balcony. The only thing I can suggest is to replace the patio furniture it’s a little outdated. Too much furniture on the balcony, minimize the clutter. Other than that we enjoyed the area the views and the condo.
