'It was a lovely stay'

'We really enjoyed our stay at the beach. The house was clean and fresh and new. Everything you needed was there and right where I would look for it. It’s close to the fun zone and ferry to Balboa Island and to the Pacific beach side. We would come again - my teenage kids asked if we could plan to come in summer. '

'Our family recently stayed at this location. The unit sleeps 8 and there were 5 of us, although originally it was booked for 4 people. The owner (who lives on site) texted and asked how many people were staying. We told him 5 and he said we would have to pay an additional 25/day for the “extra” person.The listing never stated that they charged per guest. The property also did not accommodate 8 people at the table for a meal. There were only 3 chairs (one was broken). The living room had a small...
