The owner (who lives on site) texted and asked how many people were staying. « This property was just Ok. It definitely needs some TLC..It’s pretty beat up. We also found the description not to be totally up to date. Although not an issue for us, the description says each of the 3 rooms also has a futon bed making it sleep 9 guests total, but each room only had 1 bed. It also shows board games in the photos as well as stating there are games, which we didn’t not find. « We stayed here for 45 nights while our house was being remodeled, and honestly it couldn’t have worked out better. The place really felt like a home base for us during what could have been a pretty stressful stretch.The amenities were great and made day-to-day living easy, and the neighborhood was awesome — super friendly neighbors, which made a big difference over a longer stay. « We recently had a group stay here and it was great! Place was clean, host was super great and fast with communication. Location was perfect for what we wanted to do. Neighborhood was quiet. We appreciated it the toiletries and laundry soap. They recommend bring house shoes, do that or some form of grippy socks. Would definitely stay here again. »

« I truly enjoyed my time here. The hosts were incredibly responsive and check in was a breeze. There is a beautiful park with a large pond right there in the neighborhood that was a favorite place for me and my dog to walk each day. The home warm and inviting. I’ll definitely be back next time I’m in OC! »
