« What a fantastic stay at a lovely house! Beautiful ocean view from Master Bedroom. Perfect location, many beaches within a short walking distance (1 block), a handful of fantastic restaurants also within walking distance. It was so nice not having to use our car. We just did a quick getaway from our home in La Jolla, CA. « This rental is just one block from the PCH and is centrally located in one of the best areas of Laguna Beach in my opinion. The unit was as described and pictured. The courtyard area is private and very nice if you want to sit outside to read or hang out. The rental is on the smaller side but it's Laguna Beach. Who's spending their time inside? Overall this property had what we needed and worked perfectly for our trip. »

« When we arrived, they would not give us access without a secondary vetting process above and beyond Vrbo. When we finally got in the cleaner was still there for an hour after our check-in time. The back garbage cans were plum full with garbage all on the ground and it was terribly hot so you can imagine the smell. « The place is small, but cozy. There is parking in the driveway an on the street. The house seemed to be in safe neighborhood. The house is pretty old, but well maintained. The two bedrooms were adequate and the beds were comfortable. No check out instructions were provided, but the host responded when I asked about them on the day of check out. « Note to future renters: there are no ceiling fans. If you're someone who likes to have air moving, pack a travel size fan.There are also no tvs in the bedrooms.The living room is okay. 1 comfy couch and 2 sitting chairs. If you're group is larger than 3 it's not a great community area, but it's the only chill option.
