Location de vacances de particulier à Lagrangeville

« It was a lovely house that had everything one could need. The lake is feet away with a fenced in yard. The backyard was also a secluded spot with tons of birds. Bed was very comfy and everything was super clean. Previous renters left items to enjoy, so there were extras. Two items to know- 1. There is a home preschool next door. It wasn’t too noisy, but you will hear kids when they head outside.2. I’m 6’ and some of the furniture was lower to the ground than normal. It made getting up a bit...

« We had was great time and the host Mary was amazing and excellent at communicating. Everything was perfect in the home. Thank you »

« Our family enjoyed a relaxing weekend before R-day at West Point and it was perfect! A beautiful property and we hope to be back another time! »

« We screened properties for pet friendly and this listing came up every time, but we got a call from the owner the first morning telling us they were not pet friendly. The did refund us for one night of the 2 we planned to stay. The property is in a very nice part of Newburgh. When you pull up to the property there are 15cars parked around the yard that aren’t being used, 7 are covered and one is a delivery truck and a limo. There are lots of bicycles not in use and many charcoal grills. The...

« We really enjoyed a second stay at the De Vita House. The place is so clean and comfortable, and the location is great. Karin is a great host--she immediately dropped off a couple kitchen items we thought we needed--wasn't even an emergency or anything! Absolutely recommend. »

« Great property. Very clean with a well stocked kitchen. We grilled the two nights we were there. The propane tank had enough in it. The instructions said if empty we should fill it up. There wasn’t a gauge on the tank, so it was a gamble and if we ran out the other tank in the closet was empty. It would have ruined our evening. I wish that was taken care of by the property and not put on the guests. »

« My girlfriends and I had a wonderful getaway and would absolutely recommend both New Paltz, NY, and Seth's home. The house was clean, cozy, and welcoming, and its location made it easy to explore everything the area has to offer.During our stay, we hiked, visited a winery, checked out a vintage festival, went swimming at a lake in Kingston, and spent time exploring Woodstock. Back at the house, we enjoyed relaxing with coffee on the lower deck, took advantage of the kayaks, grilled dinner, and...

« A large lovely house on beautiful property! We liked sitting on the porch and eating at the picnic table so we could enjoy the nature views. The host was very nice and stopped by the first night to build a fire in the firepit for us. Wifi was strong, which was helpful since some of us didn't get cell service. It was a nice bonus saying hi to the horses and the dogs at the barn. Also, there were six bedrooms (one more than listed) so everyone in our group got their own room. »

« Perfect!! »

« This property is really special. Up a long driveway that provides a lot of privacy, it has a beautiful large back deck perfect for enjoying coffee and a sunrise. Plenty of bedrooms for guests! I stayed there with 5 other women all in our 70s to celebrate a birthday and we had a blast! We really enjoyed the indoor pool, the air hockey and billiard table! The beds and bathrooms were comfortable and the house was quiet at night and very restful. The only issues were minor: no sponges for the...
