Wir hatten einen großartigen Aufenthalt in dieser Villa! Die Zimmer waren sauber und die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber war jederzeit freundlich und unkompliziert. Das Haus selbst bietet viele gemütliche Rückzugsorte und war für unsere zwei Familien mit Kindern ideal aufgeteilt.Die Lage ist optimal für Ausflüge zu den umliegenden Buchten, Städtchen und tollen Restaurants. Auch die Anlage ist sehr gepflegt: Wir hatten keinerlei Probleme, Startzeiten für den Golfplatz zu bekommen oder den Schlüssel für die nur drei Gehminuten entfernten Tennisplätze zu organisieren.Ein rundum gelungener Urlaub – wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen!

Perfekte Vila in ruhiger und schöner Umgebungmit traumhafter Außenanlage und Pool

Wir hatten eine traumhafte Woche in der Vila. Die Kinder und auch die Großen hatten sehr viel Spaß im Pool und die Außenanlage mit all den Sitzgelegenheiten hat zur Entspannung eingeladen. Die Lage ist ruhig, da mitten in einem Golfresort. Man ist aber auf einen eigenen Wahen angewiesen, wenn man Abends was unternehmen möchte. In nahem Umkreis kann man wunderschöne Städte besuchen. Wir werden wiederkommen

Schöner Urlaub

Wir waren schon vermehrt in der Algarve im Urlaub. Jedoch das erste Mal im Casa Momassa. Eine sehr schöne Villa mit einer wunderbaren Umgebung (mitten in der Golfanlage). Gibt kaum etwas zu bemängeln. Der Vermieter ist jederzeit erreichbar und sehr hilfsbereit. Hat alles bestens geklappt. Wir würden wieder kommen.

Good for 3 days stay

The property was a good location. The pool was okay. The only downside is Thursday morning. We woke up at 7 AM to somebody cutting the trees, and we did not know that there somebody was going to be cleaning the pool, so there was a strange man who had just come in the back, and we were three women. But we did feel safe in the villa. The house needs upgraded towels and beach towels. The host was very accommodating and gave us suggestions on restaurants and where to go, but it was a little far from the way we wanted to stay.

A near luxury experience

The property was nice and spacious. Beautiful grounds and setting. Great location to explore the Algarve. Communication with the host was excellent. Pinning the location once there on Google Maps helped get us back easily. Note that a fourth bedroom is a tandem room through another bedroom. Some drawbacks: Large areas aren’t heated and were colder than we would have liked. The towels and sheets are of poor quality and had the musty odor of laundry that’s taken too long to dry. There were no basics to even handwash a dish or do some spot cleaning. No extra trash bags. Sometimes it’s the little things that make for a better stay.

Beautiful Villa in Algarve

Our family of 7 stayed at the villa for 6 days and it was perfect for our group. We had plenty of space inside and out for family meals and lounging in the evenings after a full day of activities along the coast. The location is perfect to get to the top cities and attractions in Algarve. The host was great and checked in on us to make sure everything was fine. Would definitely rent again on our next trip to Algarve.

Family Vacation

We were travelling with two families and my mother in law (a total of 9). The vacation property was beautiful. Such an amazing view of the golf course and private outdoor space with lots of room. The kids loved the pool. We also enjoyed using the outside cooking and eating space. There was also plenty of room inside for everyone to spread out. Lots of beaches were within a 20 min drive. I would recommend Portimão and a boat ride to see the Benagil Caves. We used Royal Nautic from the Portimão Marina. We had a very short stay and wished we could have stayed longer to see more. I would definitely return to the property and the Algarve. My only disappointment was the lack of air conditioning in the fourth bedroom. We were there during a very hot period, however, two of the kids had to sleep in the living room couches because it was too hot. I would have also liked better quality towels. They were very small, worn snd scratchy.

Perfect house and location

Amazing house on the Gramacho golf course. We were 4 couples and it was perfect for our trip with golf, visit of Algavre and « farniente » at the villa ! Stig is available to answer any question. We will come back for sure.

Convenient location, beautiful property. A great villa to chill in with friends/ family after a day on the golf course. Excellent communication from Stig from the off, with fabulous suggestions of the local area/ restaurants etc. thoroughly recommend.

Tolle Finca in ruhiger, gepflegter Umgebung

Wir waren mit der Finca wirklich rund um zufrieden. Das Haus war sehr sauber, die Bäder alle neu gemacht, der Aussenbereich super gepflegt. Regelmäßig kam jemand für Garten- und Poolpflege vorbei. Vom angrenzenden Golfplatz haben wir nichts gehört. Wir konnten den Urlaub mit unseren Kindern voll und ganz genießen und würden auch jederzeit wiederkommen.

Sehr schöne Villa auf dem Golfplatz

Schöne geräumige Villa mit großem Außenbereich, komplett eingerichtet mit allem was man braucht. Alles in sehr gutem Zustand und sauber! Um den Pool herum kann man sich sonnen, findet aber auch zu jeder Tageszeit schatten. Der Außenbereich wird bewässert und regelmäßig gepflegt, Pool wird gereinigt also alles top!

THE DISCOVERY OF THE SOUTH OF PORTUGAL

Séjour Algarve pendant 10 jours

Le séjour c’est vraiment très bien passé. Excellente villa très bien localisée ! Très agréable et hyper bien équipée! Micro suggestion : toutes les chambres ont des clics sauf une. Il serait bien d’y ajouter une clim manuel. Séjour au top. On reviendra !

Very well appointed Villa which was ideal for our family gathering (7 adults, 1 infant)

Villa was superbly located overlooking 14th green at Gramacho golf resort amid beautifully maintained gardens. Pool (not heated) looked very inviting but a little too cold for the time of year (1-8 November). Pool at clubhouse, however, was pleasantly warm and not at all busy. Mostly dined in so nearby Jumbo supermarket got lots of business from us and the on-site mini-mart was very handy for smaller purchases - especially freshly baked bread and croissants for breakfast. Only slight niggle was the temperamental Wi-Fi but apparently the resort are going to install fibre optic cable next year. Would thoroughly recommend Casa Momassa.

Brilliant holiday. Perfect villa for 2 families. Lovely location on gramacho.

Great stay, lovely private big garden with good size pool. Spent most of our time outside and ate outside all the time in the lovely covered area with Bbq. Living area and rooms all lovely. The kitchen and some of the bathrooms are a bit dated but all in good condition. The sun beds were also a bit tired. However we had a fantastic stay and would definitely recommend. The area is brilliant - lots of great nearby beaches and restaurants. We particularly enjoyed a kayak trip along the coast and a rib tour to see dolphins.
