« The place was clean and tidy. The airport shuttle service was good; they even stopped by the bank for me before heading to the airport. The staff were very nice and helpful. They replied to messages promptly. They also provided hot breakfast with different choices. Just one bad thing, the shower water was cold. »

« My first time using this application and this place was a surprise. For a local I think is great but someone who's traveling from far I wouldn't recommend this place because is not in a good area. Not a good area and that pretty much some races everything. The bathrooms were too close to the wall and it feels like you're about to do a headbutt while you using the toilet. « What a unique and authentic experience. The owner is very welcoming and proud to show you around this 300 year old property. The host is friendly and spends ample time to give advice on what to see and how. The family enjoyed him, and we enjoyed the stay. Large enclosed garden area is great for kids to play or an escape from the hustle and bustle. Parking available on site, although it is tight. Great location with all the downtown locations within walking distance. The best value for money ever »

« Airport shuttle driver waiting for me at airport with my name on a sign. Return ride to airport was on time as promised. Breakfast was great! Hernan was a gracious host. He made sure I had everything I needed. He even booked a tour for me and another guest in which he took the time to be our guide and driver. Great stay! Thank you Hernan! »

« Staff were friendly and genuinely seemed like they wanted us to enjoy our stay, but as soon as I walked in to the bathroom, I saw black mold. I am glad we were only there for about 10 hours. The location was not great, very noisy all night, we barely slept, and did not seem like the safest place to go out at night. There were 3 or 4 locks on the door. We left too early for breakfast. The beds were fairly comfortable. It’s the black mold that did it for us. Gross. »

« I spent 5 nights at this wonderful boutique hotel Casa hotel Las plazas in March 2024. I enjoyed every minute of my stay. This charming hotel is clean and perfectly situated in the heart of Quito historical district. « A very comfortable well maintained historic hotel in a perfect location only steps away from independence plaza. The staff are very friendly and super helpful. A tip: get them to organise your airport transfer for US $30 (pay them directly). Breakfast was good with choices. »
