« Die Ferienwohnung befindet sich im 1. Stock einer kleinen Einkaufspassage. Die Straßen und Gassen mit Geschäften und Trubel sind hier weitestgehend zu Ende, die Therme befindet sich unmittelbar nebenan und es beginnt ein weitläufiges Parkgelände mit Zugang zu Aussichtspunkten, Olivenhainen und öffentlichem Strand. Die Ausstattung entspricht der Beschreibung und ist hochwertig. Sie ist geringfügig anders als auf den Bildern, aber im Wesentlichen entsprechend. Sirmione ist ein sehr beliebter Ort...

« Wir waren zu 4. (2 Paare) mit Hund in dieser wundervollen Unterkunft! Der Vermieter Roman war persönlich vor Ort um uns einzuweisen und alles zu übergeben! Von A-Z hat alles hervorragend geklappt. Auch das handling mit unserem aufgedrehten Labrador war perfekt!! Die Unterkunft und Vorallem Roman ist 1000%tierlieb! Vielen Dank für die tolle Reise! Wir kommen sicher wieder!!! »

« The property was very nice and the check in process was easy. It would be good to have a car because Uber and car share services do not work in Varenna. The taxi service is a little sporadic and expensive. The train station is a long walk as is town. The view was great with plenty of space. I would rent here again but only if i had a car »

« Loved it and can’t wait to return! The view is gorgeous—amazing sunsets and, in the morning, Varenna is lit up by the sun. The patio is also right next to an old waterfall/fountain ruin type of thing that is lit up at night and it’s stunning. The inside of the apartment is also fantastic and we loved the very large bathtub and the rain shower heads. A few things to know—it IS the penthouse so there are quite a bit of outside stairs to get to the apartment. It wasn’t really a problem for us but...

« Our stay was very comfortable and convenient to the center of town, nice restaurants, plus the ferry. The apartment was as pictured, very clean and the beds very comfortable. « Appartement agreable avec une vue extraordinaire sur le lac depuis l'immense terrasse (d'autant plus grande que le second appartement n'était pas loué). Environnement hyper calme. Randonnées possibles au départ de la maison. Le lit de la chambre double n'est pas confortable (2 lits collés avec des matelas de hauteurs différentes). Un peu de nettoyage des terrasses serait bienvenu (feuilles et branches mortes, un sac poubelle traine à l'entrée de l'escalier ). Il serait bien d'avoir un peu plus...
