Welcome to our Bonding Time LLC property in Vilas County, only about 10 minutes to Minocqua and 10 minutes to Lake of the Torches Casino in Lac du Flambeau! Convenient to the highway, but set back enough that you wouldn't know it. Enjoy a beautiful Up North country road that leads you to the paved winding driveway. Privacy, nature, peace & quiet, and waves hitting the shore are what surrounds you as you walk the property. There are not many properties that compare with the privacy you'll enjoy here.

The home has too many great features to mention, but a few favorites are: living room and lodge fireplaces*, a bedroom "wing" of the house that allows for in house noise containment for night owls or early birds alike, 3.5 bathrooms, 5 bedrooms plus a large sleeping room in the walk-out lower level. The kitchen has a lake view from all cooking and dining areas! Enjoy the sunset from the kitchen table or sunrise from the bedrooms. In the evening take in the moonlit lake while sitting around a fire pit or having drinks on the deck. Inside is full of fun board games, movies, and a pool table. *Unable to burn wood indoors 2025 and 2026.

Often in the day you'll see eagles soaring over the property, and wild life is abundant. It's an easy day socializing on the deck, fishing or swimming off the long and wide dock, or hopping in your boat and being out all day (Fence lake is part of a chain of lakes) enjoying the water.

This is a great house for large groups who may want to celebrate a parents anniversary or all be together for a holiday celebration, a group of old friends getting together with their families, a church group or a women's scrapbook weekend, fishermen, hunters, snowmobilers, or a group of friends hitting the Casino!
* We do not have garbage service, but the transfer station is only a few minutes away (small fee for trash - bring cash).

There is a boat rental company called Good Nuf that our guests have use numerous times with good experience. There are others to choose from, just internet search boat rentals in Minocqua, Lac du Flambeau, or Vilas County.

No matter what you do, you will certainly enjoy bonding time with family and friends at this lake home!

We do have some check-out rules for your stay, such as: remove used sheets from beds, wash/dry towels only, start dishwasher, clean the grill if you've used it. Please wipe out the oven and microwave after use ... basic clean up your messes! :) Do not leave food behind. Leave the garage in an orderly manner. Take your garbage with you or to the transfer station just minutes away.

There is a insurance protection plan that will be added once you begin your booking process, but before payment. This insurance gives both parties extra protection, and will cover up to $5,000 of accident coverage.

We provide most items you have in your own home, so you will be able to pack lightly. The kitchen is stocked with all the plates, glasses, utensils, cookware, bakeware, pots & pans you’d have at home. Plus a high chair, coffeemaker, tea kettle, mixer, waffle iron, and much more. We supply a limited quantity of paper towels, napkins, storage containers and baggies, foil, Saran Wrap, garbage bags, coffee filters, dish soap, Cascade, dish cloths.
Bathrooms have various misc supplies in case you forgot yours.
We supply 3 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom for a week stay.

Occupancy is dictated by the county as 12 people:
BR 1: "Master" King bed
BR 2: "Boat Room" Twin bed and Twin trundle
BR 3: "Four Post Room" Queen bed
BR 4: "North woods Room" Queen bed
BR 5: "Blue Room" Two Full beds
BR 6: "Cousin's Room" Two Full and Two Twin (both bunks) plus a Queen Sleeper Sofa
