Eagle Point Rentals on White Sand Lake

Built new in 2020 this 4 bedroom plus loft with 3.5 bath offers plenty of space and amenities for families to enjoy Wisconsin's pristine northwoods.
The property offers nearly 4.5 acres of rolling wooded hills which allow ATV, snowmobile, and nature exploration without leaving the property. Watch bald eagles soar outside the screen porch and loons swim just feet off the dock. The cabin is set less than 100' from crystal clear and full recreation White Sand Lake. Feel free to bring your own boat (give Dillman's or Zelm's a call to launch at their private landing), or use the 2 canoes and 4 kayaks provided for guests. Store your gear just 5 feet from the water in the secure boathouse.

Don't have a boat, no worries. There are several rental companies in the area and one called Dillman’s right on the lake who can deliver to our dock! If you would like, we have a 22' pontoon boat with fish finder available for a reasonable fee and security deposit.


Known for musky, walleye, perch, and crappie, fishing guests have many options and with over 1,200 acres and many bays won't feel crowded. Our more adventurous friends with power boats can tube, wake board, or ski from sun up to sun down.

Wonderful lake home with amazing views. Many amenities for fun on the water and fun indoors. Well stocked kitchen with everything you need to make great meals. We love that we can bring our dog and swim him in a nice sandy area next to the dock. We saw eagles and loons, and simply enjoyed the peaceful beauty of the home and location.

Great place with a beauty view of the lake. Enjoyed the song of the loons with morning coffee and evening glass of wine. Plenty of space with many beds and bedrooms. 3.5 baths that are big and spacious. The kitchen was well appointed with pretty much every utensils. The screened in porch was a great for a family dinner or a fun game with the kids.

Property is well designed and clean. The owners made the home very welcoming & accommodating. As a group we have been renting cabins in Northern Wisconsin for nearly 40 years. We all concluded that this was our favorite. Seasonally, this was possibly one of the worst weather weeks of the year. In the '30s at night and low 50's during the day for early September was rare. It also rained every day. That does not deter our enthusiasm about the cabin. We still caught great fish and really enjoyed the amenities of the cabin. We already booked our vacation for next year.

Beautiful home with easy lake access. We made use of the kayaks and paddle boards and spent so much time on the screened deck. The house was beautiful, clean and had everything we could need and more! We enjoyed the game room downstairs as well as the fire pit in the yard. The neighborhood was quiet and provided a nice place to walk my dogs.

This was our third visit to this beautiful home. House is clean, well stocked, and perfect for family time. The lake is not too busy which makes for perfect fishing, kayaking, and paddle boarding. Hosts are incredibly friendly and responsive. I highly recommend and look forward to our next visit.

Wonderful getaway!

My fiance and I have been making visits to White Sand Lake for several years and this has to be the best property we have found yet. The hosts were very commutative and easy to reach, and were very accommodating. We had a lovely stay and will definitely try booking this property again!

Northwoods Treaure

This isn't just an ordinary vacation rental, it's a phenomenal experience! Our family made this our base camp while in the area for a wedding. The house was beautiful, well stocked, and clean. It was comfortable and the sleeping arrangements were great. We used the Lund fishing boat and it worked great for our fishing excursions, We caught bass and crappie, but just couldn't quite figure out those walleyes! The area is super quiet and the scenery is fantastic. There was plenty to do both in and out of the house. Thank you for sharing your home with us and creating such a unique rental! 5 stars all around and I'd recommend staying here to anyone looking to spend time in the Northwoods.

Up North Gem

We enjoyed all of the amenities, location, beauty and comfortability that this property afforded. Set on a beautiful piece of land with lake access the views were amazing. All creature comforts came with the rental, including anything you would need to make meals, make music or enjoy quality time well spent inside or outside. The watercraft, including kayaks, paddle boards and canoes were an extra nice touch, and we used them daily. Home was well kept, clean and well stocked and we felt right at home. Fishing was good. Property manager/owner was responsive. Location close to casino and market in Lac du Flambeau and 20 mins away from Minocqua. We would definitely stay here again.

Great Place

The house is spacious and welcoming. They undersell the sleeping situation a bit on the posting. We brought cots to accommodate and were pleasantly surprised that the loft had 2 queen bottom/single top bunk beds and 2 other single beds. The loft also has its own 3/4 bath. Mosquitoes came out so we hid in the large screened in deck a couple nights. Firepit area is very nice. Well stocked with firewood. The boathouse was also a bit undersold in the advertisement. We could have packed a bit lighter knowing they had so many inflatables and a lily pad. The lake itself is great. We fished the mornings (kids can catch a ton of bluegill, smallmouth, and largemouth and we were fortunate enough to find crappie, pike, and walleye. Spent a few afternoons on the sandbar off of Dillmans. Water is constantly a bit cool, but after a few hours in the sun it felt amazing. Kids had a blast kayaking and swimming at the dock. We were fortunate enough to see a bunch of eagles, loons, watersnakes and were visited late night by a family of raccoons down at the waterfront. Besides the wildlife the bay was pretty quiet. I think one neighbor a few down was up while we were there. Gas grill and spacious kitchen were perfect for our cooking plans. Refrigerators everywhere (kitchen, garage, boathouse, laundry room and basement bar) helped us keep food and drinks without having to run for ice. The entire place was setup for minimal need for bringing your own stuff. Very convenient We had an awesome stay.

Excellent Stay in Very Spacious Cabin

Great Place with lots of beds and room in the cabin. Excellent view of the lake especially from the elevated deck/screen porch. Very easy to get to, close to Minocqua, quiet area, close to the Casino, and overall great property. Thanks for being great hosts to me and my Crew!! Highly recommend!
