'Beautiful courtyards and property. Need a car. Living space/kitchen not big enough for 8 adults. We ate two lovely meals at the little restaurant. Kitchen could be better equipped as not enough glasses etc. Great staff very helpful'

'i spent 3 weeks in the property, and all i can say is how fantastic it was, everything from the location, to the way that i was welcomed by Alberto and Karen. They both were so helpful and informative of the area,and really made my stay a pleasure. Although they live on site it really did not impact my privacy as they were both so cautious not to impact the holiday. However when invited for an aperitivo we spent some hours discussing multiple topics and they both were an absolute joy to have...

'Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt im Herrenhaus. Der Pool ist großartig, der Blick atemberaubend und die Ausstattung ist super. Wir waren eine Gruppe von 14 Personen plus zwei Kinder. Jeder hatte sein eigenes Schlafzimmer inkl. Bad. Die Bäder sind etwas in die Jahre gekommen und leider riecht es etwas aus dem Abfluss. Das Haus an sich ist sehr alt und das Leitungswasser nicht trinkbar. Alles in allem hatten wir eine tolle Zeit. '

'The house and the garden with swimming pool are complete for a good holiday. The view is fantastic, especially when the sun goes down. Located very centrally for trips in Umbria, Lazio and Tuscany. Contact with the owner is good.'

'heerlijk groot huis, mooie plek waarbij je vanaf de berg een prachtig uitzicht hebt. Grote tuin en een heerlijk zwembad wat veel meer open is dan of de foto's. In werkelijkheid is het veel beter dan op de foto's. De host is bijzonder vriendelijk. Dank voor een heerlijke week.'

'Ons verblijf was ontzettend leuk. Geweldig zwembad. Alle mensen waren super aardig. Dankzij Stefania heeft mijn schoonzoon een geweldig verjaardags diner gehad. Ook hebben we bij Stefania gegeten ook dat was heerlijk. Het schoonhouden van het huis was super fijn. Samenvatting een heerlijk huis fijne tuin en goede voorzieningen. Een klein dingetje een zitje bij het zwembad in de schaduw zou leuk geweest zijn.Stefania dankje voor een goed verblijf en alle hulp.'

'We had a wonderful time at this property. This is a beautiful house with a fabulous view, pool and other facilities. We would definitely recommend. Francesco has been a wonderful host, very helpful throughout our time here.'

'First European trip in a while. 6 of us. Lovely location very peaceful. Well appointed villa with tasteful decoration. Fantastic pool and views. The climate control in the villa is amazing and a very welcome break from the midday heat. We had 3 day trips into Rome for sightseeing and Gelato. We had a fantastic time. Paolo and Lucia kindly Brought us a Lasagne one evening. Sorry to have to leave.'

'Prachtig verblijf. Mooie kamers. Grote woonkamer waar we met 15 konden eten, verblijven. Ook het kleine appartement was waardevol. Mooie speelkamer met tafeltennis, tafelvoetbal. Zwembad, en een echte pizza oven. Zeer vriendelijke gastheer/gastvrouw. Erg behulpzaam. Mooi uitgangspunt voor excursies.'

'We really enjoyed our holidays. The house is spacious. The nets in front of the window let breezes in but keep insects outside. The kitchen is equiped well and we liked that it was filled with food and drinks. We used the BBQ each evening and the Pool was not very large but large and deel enough to relax and play with the kids. The views are really worth booking this property.'
